    They cannot provide a game that is free of cheating/hacking. A game I have spent a bit of money on. It is impossible to sit down and relax playing a game that I love. They continue to allow this to go on with no repercussions. I know I am not the only one encountering these issues. Maybe a class action lawsuit will do them some good.

    I am rejecting this response because, there is absolutely nothing being done about this. The report button gets used quite often along with a description majority of the time. Every game there is at least 3-4 different encounters of different people.  There's no follow *** on any of this. I get chat penalties quite often majority of the time when my mic is muted. Someone or something is sending those thru. So what gives? You say you are doing everything you can. What are you actually doing besides taking peoples money and promising these things, but not following thru. I feel as tho you do not care about the customer base, much like all of corporate *******, greed has taken over..

    All of my purchases were made thru blizzard.

    My account has been fagged for some reason. No explanation has been given, there is no way to contact their support, they do not respond to my emails/support tickets. I paid good money to play a game in my free time and they have given me no explanation as to why I cannot access the item I PAID for.

    was shadow banned on call of duty modern warfare 3 for no reason this happens to thousounds of other players ******. i have just spent a lot of money on the game and was false shadow banned for no reason i tried contacting them and got nothing. i was shadow banned on monday march 4 2024 and bought the game on march 3rd 2024 this is horrible that a company cant even help with anything like this. ridiculous activision needs to do something

    I had someone hack my Activision account. I cannot unlink the hacker from my account and they continue to use it. The platform used was Battle.net and the issuer name is- vhoffman#**** I have reached out to Activision with no response and my account unavailable to me due to this hackers use. He has called my cell phone and text me pictures of him using my account. ******************** will not respond to my request and there is no way to chat with a support representative to have this resolved. Please help me

    Good morning, 07.03.2024 Number ticket activision: ********* I received a message telling me that my account was blocked, I would like to know the reason knowing that I was in the paused menu and on a discord call with a friend. ?My mouse kept shaking all over the place, like someone was controlling it. I had no control over the *** sensitivity, it was clicking everywhere when I was on the *** game, I couldn't select anything and then 20 minutes later I was banned!!!I don't know why i was banned and please don't say your team detected some hacks or somethings like this because i know you use a bot for respond about people when they asked about why they are ban. Please respond about my request and don't use a bot. Make the possible u can do

    date of transactions are from november 2023 until 3/6/2024. i have paid atleast 250 dollar, pretty sure its even more but i cant find every reciept. they should have the overview. i paid of the game itself (vault edition), Battle passes, and other items like skins etc inside the game. i keep getting shadow banned or put in a "limited matchmaking" state that is basically a quarantine state of my account that makes me unable to find matches and use the game and items i have paid for. this has happened several times, the problem is until you are "cleared" you basically can't play and when you finally are cleared its just a question of days before you are put in the quarantine again, all it takes are a couple mad kids to report you even tho you have done nothing wrong. i have contacted them directly several times, where they say there is nothing else to do than wait to see if ill be cleared or permanently banned. no matter how many times this happens they refuse to help or even respond properly, they only give me a generic reply. my activision id: FLACKO#*****

    My son had an account that we created using a school Gmail account. His ******************** account was hacked. We tried to reset passwords but we lost the connection to the ****** account. We tried to reset the ****** account but because the school shut down the email account, we no longer could access or reset the Gmail password to reset the Activision account. Fortunately I was able to get the most recent purchases back but I was still robbed of $250+. I then paid the $100+ for the new version of the game and another $150 for all the stuff he lost. Between his lost account, his current account and my account, I bet we have over $1000 invested. It saddens me that this company did nothing to help us. But from the sounds of it, I shouldn't be surprised. You can go on any social media platform and see hundreds of people being banned and hacked. They completely blew me off and refused to help me. I have several emails where I explain we no longer have access to the account and they refused to help.

I can show you a purchase history though PayPal and I could prove ownership but you refuse to assist me. Its irresponsible and negligent. I will pursue the dispute with the bank.

    I am rejecting this response because: I paid for this and I want my money back. I have receipts. I will not stop. I will show proof you robbed me and how you continue to steal from your customers.

    There are FORUMS of people having their accounts hacked and you do nothing to help them. You abuse your fan base and customers base, you do nothing but put your middle finger up and raise your nose to the air. 

    I will create a petition and raise money for a class action law suit. This won't take long. Not with all the angry parents and teens out there. 

    You will pay me one way or another.

    i bought their game 4 times once twice for family members and twice for myself. i game on ps5 and pc. these people have banned me once on my account without any reasoning at all i was on ps5 at the time of the ban so then i decided to switch to pc since everyone says how great pc is for call of duty well i bought the game in January for pc and no issues until last week i have been in a constant shadow ban loop due to their lack of anti-cheat they have players that spam report you're account just cause they are bad or upset they got outplayed in a video game and they will sit in the match for sometimes 15 mins spam reporting over nothing and that results in a shadow Ban. They need to make a real anti cheat that searches the system and make real cases against real cheaters. If anything, these false reports these players are making they should be the one shadow banned. why punish the good guy and let the toxic players keep on? these can last anywhere between 5-7 days. during that time frame while shadow banned I've encounters TRUE hackers that have made the game unenjoyable at this point and they somehow say im the one hacking but these people that are hacking get to walk away with no ban or punishments. its truly disheartening as a customer yet they never can tell you why or show any proof. and they can't even get in contact with their security team because its non-existent it's all automated. this company NEEDS a federal investigation soon before they steal other people's money and accounts. plus, they have the nerve to charge 20 and up for in game items and then do that to a legit player that buys these items. won't make that mistake again. stay far away from this game they do not care. it's a money extortion.
