I've been a loyal customer to the call of duty franchise for years but recently stumbled across a problem which I can't get fixed by contacting their customer support and sending over fifty emails. Here is the problem I have. I linked my Steam account with a email that doesn't exist anymore, meaning I can't unlink it cause everytime I try to it needs a verification code that is send by email. I can't unlink or delete my account and I am stuck in this cycle of contacting customer support without a single answer or solution. I would like to be able to play call of duty again and especially would like this to be fixed before the new one comes out. basically i was playing for about 200 hours, i played the game like every day many hours like 4-8 hours, i farmed like 20 guns to level **** and im the style of player that plays like, killing everyone, and training to just have the fun of being good, and i was disconnected from my partys recently, until this week, i was disconnected from the game, after that i just ignorated that and iniciated another one, but i was going to servers of 200ms,, i searched a little bit and i discover that i was in a type of limited account stage, i really apreciated the game but, some people abused of the reporting system, and now im limited of doing matchmaking, now im waiting to get some response like, when i gonna be able to play more of the game, but i really need to be able to matchmake again fast because i really like the game, and in this week they put in the game 1 event and 2 awesome skins that i was so excited to farm, but because that limited matchmaking, i cant play anymore, anyway, i really want a response or an action of my limited time of matchmaking.Business Response

My activision account was hacked into somehow and the hacker apparently using cheating software in game and got my account banned. I requested an appeal to the ban and explained was happened and they denied. I am not the only one. A single browser search for activision account recovery Reddit will give you endless results of other users having the same issue with zero ability to regain their account because ******************** takes our money from buying the game, battle passes, DLC, etc and then if we get banned after being hacked they do nothing about it. Their security is atrocious because its clearly a very common occurrence and its criminal why they are doing. There is no online support chat, no phone number we can call. NOTHING. I want my account unbanned as i want to be able to play online with my friends and can no longer do that. The support requests I have put in are as follows:31917184,587335380,587327996,All of which have been denied and ignored. I have multiple witnesses that noticed the hack to my account and told them as much and said i would provide their names and accounts if requested and they didnt even both to ask for those. They are taking peoples money and banning them from playing the game and it is truly criminal. I have attached pictures of the short time period that the hacker got into my account and added their friends and then within 3 days was banned. As well as a picture of my account showing that the hackers battle.net account is STILL attached to my account and they cant even figure that out.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:
They didnt even bother to really read the complaint. I HAVE ACCESS to my account. The only reason I have an account recovery request open is because A. My ban appeal was rejected, and B. Your team TOLD ME TO OPEN IT. However, this is the SECOND account recovery request I have made as the first one was denied as well. I have ZERO faith that this process will end any differently this time if it just goes through the same channels because there are SCORES of people with the SAME PROBLEM and I have already done this once to no avail. As they said, they receive high volumes of requests. Thats because they ban so many people just because they were HACKED!! I also had a support ticket open 31917184 and had one agent request some specific information. After I sent that information, a different agent just immediately closed it with no resolution whatsoever. This needs to be escalated to a supervisor or SOMETHING because this is unacceptable. Please take care of your customers because there are loads of others just like me who are fed up with the status quo of yall banning users who are hacked and doing nothing to help them resolve the issue.

Ive reached out to Activision blizzard for an unknown linking to my account to a steam account. I have been playing Call of Duty for years now. It's a game I've always enjoyed and it's a way for me to kick back and relax with my friends. I play on my PS5, but recently, I have been attempting to switch to PC gaming. In order to link my Activision account to battlenet, I need access to a very old email that I just have no possibility of getting into. I can log into my Activision account using my Playstation credentials but what good does that do if I can't even change my email to my current one or even link it to my battlenet? I have tried twice now to contact Activision through their own support but it was useless. It's as if they are trained to ask for information to prove my identity and then say since you cant access your old email, we can't verify your identity! LIKE THAT MAKES NO SENSE!! I just want to be able to change my Activision email so that I can keep playing but on my PC. It seems like its impossible to do and the only way is to start fresh after all that money I've spent. Good afternoon, On May 9th, 2024, I attempted to use my PlayStation to play Call of Duty 3 and Warzone when I was met with the error code (Connection Failed). This led me to submit an Account recovery request. After further investigation, I was under the impression that my account was Banned. This led me to look through my emails to try to pinpoint any suspicious activity. I found that on March 8th, 2024 I received an email that reads as follows-"Hello Mc1loven#*******,At 2024-03-08 13:02, your STEAM account with the username (rfsrsc8) was linked from your Call of Duty account."I did not authorize this request to link accounts nor do I use the STEAM platform.
