  We discovered that Malwarebytes had been automatically charging us annually for a subscription dating back to 2018. When we raised the issue, we requested that Malwarebytes review the account history and activation records and refund the charges for the unused subscription.Malwarebytes initially acknowledged that being charged year after year for something we never used was not the experience they wanted a customer to have. They refunded the most recent renewal and later offered to refund three additional years as a goodwill exception.However, we disputed that resolution and specifically requested an executive/billing review and a final decision regarding the remaining charges. We also asked Malwarebytes to provide the activation information supporting their later statement that the subscription appears to have been activated at some point.REMOVED, who leads Malwarebytes' Support team and personally handled the escalation, did not respond to our final request for further review.Instead, Malwarebytes subsequently marked Support Ticket #REMOVEDas solved.The underlying dispute has not been resolved, our request for further review was not answered, and we were then sent a customer satisfaction survey asking us to rate the support experience.Closing a disputed case as solved without addressing the customer's outstanding escalation request is particularly disappointing given that this matter had already reached senior Support leadership.We are asking Malwarebytes to reopen Ticket #REMOVED, provide a substantive response to our request for executive/billing review, provide the account/activation information supporting its position, and issue a final decision regarding the remaining historical charges.

  REMOVED. I cancelled them a year ago and on 7/29/26 they billed me for $69.68 on my REMOVEDard. I called them and got the run around; they wanted my bank information and I said no, they need to reverse the REMOVEDcharge. They said they could not do that, even though they have done that before. I disputed the charge with my REMOVEDcompany. Total non-cooperation. Do not use them!

  Cannot contact customer service for any reason. Supposedly can use this website to seek help but only Manage Your Account and REMOVEDbuttons work. Which is pointless because I can access both from the app. REMOVEDInconveniently, Chat with Support nor Request Refund buttons work. Which effectively means Malwarebytes has no REMOVED

  Malwarebytes attempted to bill me for $420.23 for service that I never requested in any way shape or form. Never in my life have I contacted these people and now of course I never will. They are a total con job. Stay as far away from them as you possibly can.

  Malwarebytes does little to maintain confidence and trust when:1. they do not respond to customer service phone calls (two phone numbers are posted online and neither is manned by Malwarebytes)2. charge two different prices for mobile and laptops I do not appreciate the lack of support from a company that bills itself as top of the line in responsiveness and customer focus, and in consumer protection.

  Negative stars. This company deceptively sends email solicitations via ones own email number so that you cannot block its solicitations without blocking ones own emailmeaning any emails you send to yourself or cc to yourself get blocked. This is itself a form of malware so I would not trust any product it sells.

  I've been using Malwarebytes from the very start on macOS, on iOS (where I was a beta tester in REMOVED)... and in the past on Windows too (a system I no longer use, although I still have MWB installed on an old PC) what can I say? It's perfect... since I've been using it, what's malware? I've no idea, I can't even remember Uso Malwarebytes sin dall'inizio: su macOS, su iOS (dove sono stato beta tester in REMOVED)... e in passato anREMOVEDsu Windows (un sistema REMOVEDnon uso pi, anREMOVEDse ho ancora MWB installato su un vecchio PC) REMOVEDdire? perfetto... da quando lo uso, cos' il malware? Non ne ho idea, non me lo ricordo nemmeno

  Malwarebytes has protected my laptop for well over ten years without any problems or cyber attacks getting through. Also regular newsletters keep me well informed of cyber threats to be aware of. I would highly recommend this product to others.

  After many robo calls and spam emails I decided to have Malwarebytes take a look at my online presence. You would be surprised at how much info is out there. As I am a senior tech isn't easy to navigate. They had their customer service check in on me daily till I was familiar with the site and all questions answered. I feel well protected. The last thing we need at this age is to have our identity stolen and lose everything.
