Impact has not provided support advertised. Worse it hasn't provided service advertised. The system itself is inherently flawed. Brand offers are not shared in messages to publishers. Impact support didn't even dispute this. Only verified then closed ticket:
Tabor Benton Fri, 31 Jul 2026 19:15:35 GMT Hi Steve, Thank you for the additional context and for providing the publisher's
email. We've now completed our investigation into the specific Contract Proposed notification sent for your Migrate PC campaign. I want to share what we found: Our delivery data confirms that the email was successfully delivered and opened by the publisher. However, despite viewing the email, she did not proceed to click "View Proposed Terms". This is an important finding because it tells us the issue isn't email deliverability. The publisher received and read your notification. The issue, as you've identified, is that the
email body alone did not provide sufficient context (such as the commission percentage) to compel her to take the next step. She saw a notification, but not your actual offer. We agree this is a gap. When a publisher opens an email and still doesn't engage, the content within that email isn't doing its job. Your feedback about including key offer details in both the subject line and body has been submitted to our Product team for review. Your broader point about the 3 responses out of 500+ expired proposals is also noted. We understand that this pattern goes beyond a single publisher interaction. Regarding your refund request: as previously noted, SaaS subscription fees for Starter plans are not eligible for a full refund under our billing terms. Thank you for your patience throughout this process. Tabor
I sent email announcing material breach and only immediate action was to turn off automatic renewal of annual contract (there's no way to do so in interface). No possiblity of breaking contract despite breach. Demanding payment for services not provided is fraud.
