I am writing to file a formal complaint against **** regarding their lack of response and failure to issue a refund for an amount of $14,551. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer care and management, I have not received a satisfactory response or resolution.On 03/12/2024 I placed an order with mobile carrier auctions ;ORDER ATT ********* & received a payment confirmation. However, I have not received any further communication or a pickup notice for the order. After encountering delays, I contacted **** through various channels, including email and phone, but have not received a valid response. First my payment was lost in their system then my order was cancelled.It has been over a month since I began emailing **** regarding this issue, and I have yet to receive a refund or any meaningful assistance. The lack of communication and resolution from **** has been frustrating and unacceptable.I request that bstock & mobile carriers liquidations promptly issue a refund of $14,551 and provide an explanation for the delay and lack of response. I also urge bstock to improve their customer service and communication processes to prevent similar issues in the future because I relied on their service channel to be responsible for the auctions they offer.
