I have been charged a full annual fee for this service and I was never notified that it would automaticall renew or that they would charge my card. They will not respond to any emails and there is no other contact information.Business Response

I do not have a premium account with these folks and yet have been billed for one on their annual plan. Doublechecked the site and it confirmed I do not. Never authorized them to charge, honestly not sure how they even did. This is fraudulent activity.Business Response

A premium subscription to Education.com was pulled from my bank account. I want to know how this money was pulled from my account? I was unemployed last year and would have never had the funds to give away. Now, ****** was taken from my bank account. Im a single mom and you just took food out of my kids mouth!!! I was not notified of my subscription renewal date and the monies were taken out of my account without my knowledge. I do not believe that this is the way to do any business. The company would send me emails about programs and materials constantly, but why couldn't they send me a notice that the renewal date was approaching. The bank took $119.88 out of my account without notice. I am waiting for the company to contact me about this matter. I have sent them an email.Business Response

The transaction date is December 3rd, 2022 On this particular day education.com took it upon themselves to charge my bank account $119.88. I know for sure I have not even used this resource in quite some time. There was no email sent giving a heads up that the account would be charged and in all honesty I do remember cancelling this account when they took from me last year. After I saw that they took from me again on December 3rd, I went on in and cancelled again but never received an email confirming the cancellation of the account. I have reached out to them through email being that they can't be reached by phone. At this point I have not yet heard anything back from them.Business Response
