    I am filing this complaint regarding Education.com due to an unauthorized charge on my account and issues with account closure.I canceled my subscription with Education.com in June 2024, and I have not used the service since. Despite this, I was recently charged again in June2025, without my consent. This charge is unauthorized and unacceptable, especially given my clear intention to terminate the service over a year ago. I attempted to resolve this issue directly by requesting a refund and account deletion. I am waiting on a response.This situation has caused unnecessary inconvenience. I am requesting the following actions from Education.com:A full refund for the unauthorized charge.Immediate and permanent deletion of my account.Written confirmation that no further charges will be made.I hope this matter can be resolved quickly and professionally.

    I have tried on numerous occasions to cancel my subscription to this account. Yet after completing all the necessary documentation on line to do so the company continues to charge my account not once but twice monthly ($15.99 and $16.99). I did not orginally sign up for twice a month yet the company has been charging me this amount for at lease a year. Now I cannot even gain access to the account to file a complaint with them. Please help me to not only stop the subscription but possibly recoup my funds. Thank You ***** ******* ******************* ************

    Recurring education.com has charged my account with ****** and I have no business with them. I called the number ************ and they do not take phone calls.

    They renewed my subscription even though I canceled it last year. This has been a very difficult site to cancel.

    Education.com continues to renew a subscription Ive tried to cancel for 2 years now. They say auto renewal is turned off and then it turns itself back on. Somehow they got my updated card info even though I didnt give it to them bc they renewed after I asked to stop. I have screen recordings of the website saying auto renew is off, then when I go back to it it says its back on. Theyre stealing $130 from me every year and it must stop now. I will also be filing complaints with my bank.

    I have been charged for an online subscription for a Premium Education.com Membership that do not use and did not sign up for. I reached out last year and never received a response from the company and I have been charged again this year. The email could be under my husbands account. ************************ I would like to speak to someone about canceling this and a refund please.

    Education.com continues to Auto-Bill me despite emails to close my account. I have retired and reached out to them. My district email is no longer valid, but their access to my bank account continues. I receive no response from them despite sending updated information for contact via their help desk. (They have no phone access?)

    My school email is no longer available.  I retired in 2022.  I have reached out to you last year as well to please close my account and refund my payment.

    On 1/22/24 education.com charged me $119.88 for a yearly subscription. Two weeks prior (early January), I had canceled my subscription so that this autorenew subscription fee of $119.88 would not occur since I no longer wanted to subscribe. I knew that my account had canceled because I tried to log in immediately after canceling and the website said it didn't recognize my login. However, two weeks later, on 1/22/24 they charged me despite me having canceled two weeks earlier. I immediately wrote into customer service asking why this had happened and to kindly refund my money and I never heard back (they promised a response within 2-3 days). I waited another two weeks and wrote their customer service again but still no response. They do not have a phone number for customer service or I would have called. I'm seeking my money back since I canceled my subscription two weeks prior to the autorenew date of 1/22/24 and verified it by checking if my login was still active for that account and it was not.

    3/2/2024 Education.com took $15.99 out of my account. I have no clue why this transaction was taken out of my bank account and I am disputing it. I have no ties to any subscriptions to this business.

    On February 17 2024 I canceled my subscription to education.com and on the same day they took $16.95 out of my account. I have tried contacting them three times through email and they have never responded. Email is the only way to contact them which is to be answered in two business days. And never received a response. I had not used their website for several weeks and requested a refund to my account.
