    I think they are wonderful. They are the sweetest guys I have ever met so considerate and understanding they listen and they understand everything. They are just the best you need to check them out I promise they will do you right they are very good gentlemen.

    I have a YI Dome Guard, model YRS.3521, and it stopped functioning due to a cable connection issue.I wrote the Support Team and they were very swift in their response with a Troubleshooting list. When that didnt work for me, I wrote them back, and again, they responded quickly and determined to send me a new unit, which I received in very short order.I could not ask for a better Support response. They were apologetic, clear, timely, and efficient; actually I could hardly believe their efficiency and I even commented to my wife, wow, these guys are fast! The overall experience was painless and perfectly resolved in a timely, respectful manner. A very satisfied customer here ??.

    I purchased cameras for my home several years ago. I have not "up-graded" to newer versions, because the cameras still work very well with few "problems." However, I must say, that when there IS a problem, and I reach out to ***************** the response is very ***************** are offered and follow up is exceptional. I highly recommend these cameras and the Customer Support is amazing.

    I purchased the cameras and they work as advertised. I had an issue my cloud subscription and it was resolved quickly , the customer service team were polite and respectful. If I need additional cameras, I will order these again.

    Cameras would not upload to the cloud svc. I paid for. Support told me to "take screenshots" then quit replying. About 2 weeks with no service or support but still being billed. One camera was hacked several times and finally rendered nonfunctional. Other cameras would only upload a few seconds of video during motion detection alerts no matter what the settings are, then you can only access the video on the ***** for about 1 out of 3 weeks of the battery life, how screwed is the coding that battery life on an individual camera affects ability to access the cloud account? I run a small business without the same need for urgent response, it would be wholly unacceptable for me to provide service like this, let alone as a security camera service.

    I did have a product quality issue that was serious enough to warrant never doing business with Kami/Yi again. Customer service addressed this issue seriously and followed through diligently until I was satisfied; offered replacement options and refund. I was treated to the respect and gratitude of customer service rarely found these days.My concerns were satisfied.
