    ****'s customer service and committed support is definitely unsurpassed! The care and consideration given to me above and beyond what was required was surprisingly unmatched. Great products that last for years are awesome but good old fashioned customer service is priceless commodity that ensures a desire to explore other services.     SIMPLE UNCOMPLICATED SOLUTION for my issue.... My old **** camera still works great. I get a yearly plan but needed to renew and somehow I created 2 accounts. I contacted customer service through email and they quickly responded with a better than expected simple solution. Since I haven't had an issues in 3 years, support was not needed, but it is good to know that I can count on them to make it right in the future.

    Purchased Kami camera from Amazon over 2 years ago while caring for my elderly parent. It was a great investment. The customer service has been very good. Cameras easy to set up. You leave your call back and company calls back in a very short amount of time. The 1080 cameras are very clear and definitely worth the investment. I recently had a mishap on my billing and it was cleared up that day. Everyone I've spoken with is kind and proficient unlike other companies I've dealt with. Would highly recommend KAMI 1080 cameras!
