  An email exchange has been going on for three months with this company to get a refund for the monthly amount charged. The business did not react or address this issue for months causing automatic payments to continue. They also employ a predatory policy that does not allow subscription cancellations to a several hundred dollar agreement baiting users. This business is taking advantage of its potential users, students, and institutional personal where these practices cause harm and hardship for the users of their product.

  Hi there,

  I noticed there wasn't a valid email included here, so the response might not be received, but here is some detail in case it is needed.

  In this case, the user's Mars subscription was signed up to and started in January as a 45 day trial. Trials are available to cancel at any time during the trial duration. Once the 45 days are up, if they have not been cancelled, they go into a 12 month contract, which is made clear at sign-up and via reminder emails during the trial.

  This trial sub was not cancelled and became a fully paid 12-month subscription contract in March 2023.
  

  In May, the user requested a cancellation. As this is significantly after the beginning of the paid subscription, it is against our policy to cancel at this stage.
  

  I can see that the user has turned off auto-renew yesterday, which means that once the 12 month contract is over, the subscription will cancel.

  Having researched a bit further, this subscription has now been cancelled, due to the user being an Educator and qualifying for a free Educational license. This was not something mentioned in this user's email thread, however, the user mentions having 'students' in another interaction and this has been fed back to the cancellation team, leading to a cancellation.

  Hi I've been playing bingo county game from unity. I've watched countless ads and have won the rewards. The game guided me to enter my PayPal account to receive my winnings which is pending! I have complied with all the requirements and my time is valuable.this company is not honoring what they have promised. I hope this game app is not fraudulent and misleading to me the consumer.ive screen shot all the evidence as proof of my winnings I want the rewards I was promised, to have a good standing and relationship with unity Thank you

  I completed everything I needed to in order to get paid out an Ive been waiting over a week with nothing moving in the numbers no where does it say that It doesnt work how ever it does say that Ill get paid upon completion and in app rules which I followed to the * so here I am reaching out to you because the contact info in app doesnt lead you anywhere you cant even send an email so its super fraudulent and Id like to be paid before we take this up the latter to more serious consequences

  Huge scam. This game promises to pay you $$$ after watching hours of adds, and after waiting for months, I was #1. No money was ever paid out.

  They fraudulently said the game earns real money. Come to find out that is not the case after I spent months hoping on a lie... I want to take further action by suing Unity for false advertising.... Thanks and greatly appreciated

  I'm so sorry you've had this experience.

  Once again, however, Unity is not the maker of the game. We just make the software the Publisher used to make the game. If the Publisher is behaving fraudulently, then the best thing to do is to report them to the app store where you downloaded the game. The app store can then take steps to block the Publisher, following their internal processes.

  I asked a question on unity forum community and I received a crucial response and also it says I violated the terms and when I contact unity they only support non-technical questions. I just need to know how to find all function names in unity 3d when there are so many I only know one function name applydamage and there's no encyclopedia for this which I'm disappointed I know the unity script template but that's not the problem the problem is selecting completions

  I saw an advertisement for a slot game called Lucky Devil Slots created by a company named Conflicto. The company basically promises payouts for taking the time to play and watch video's, once you have completed the process you are supposed to be paid within 15 days but are put in a queue of others that are also waiting for payouts and nothing is ever received the company has been contacted and still no out come.

  Played this game did all the tasks got paid small amounts but when it came to anything over 4 withdrawals or over 5$n nothing...I waited the 3 to 7 business days and still nothing. This should be illegal I spent a lot of time on this and the company should be responsible for it. I don't know how to resolve this issue.

  this complaint is filed about Unity's business model which, seemingly is complicit with ****** et al. in which hundreds of games heavily marketed and represented with trust are fraudulently promising to pay consumers for their time, when in actuality never intend to pay and are boldfaced lying about payouts for advertisements watched using a series of misleading and treacherous tactics to impose upon the confidence users have in big tech app stores.upon viewing the reviews, they seem to also be fraudulent with near perfect ratings and 50k+ reviews, yet every actual review you scroll to peruse on the separate review reading window is 1-star majority with overwhlemingly and rightfully so indignant consumers so used to being ****** over they've thrown their hands up

  Hello I want to start off with yes Im aware that Unity is just a platform for others to make games. Ive downloaded and played a lot of Unity games all being almost identical to each other. They advertise fast easy cash outs to then actually not pay anything. I for the last 8 months have been researching one game impartial called step by step this game was created by ************************ (fake email was provided for the in app support) Ive been playing this game for 8 month fully aware it was a scam (like every single Unity game ever created) I have won approximately $10,169 added up from 86 different cash outs my very first winning I have been closely watching for 8 months at first in the Queue it started with I had to watch 50 ads then I had to play the block game 50 times then I had to wait 7 days then after the 7 days I was played in the Queue with what appeared to be ********************************************************************************* the 100s then slowed down I have watch it all the way till it reaches number one then nothing it reached position one about two weeks ago and nothing the ************************************** numbers as if the payouts infront are actually getting paired out(they arent since Ive been in the first place to payout) I now currently have 12 payouts in the number 1 payouts queue I will be posting this everywhere I physically can post this to warn others that the developer platform Unity games are a waste of time Ive done all my research Ive needed to collect all evidence of this platform backing scam games Ive taken all screenshots to provide receipts Ive been conducting this research for 8 months its all Unity games every single one of them is a scam to waste time! If the government wants to ban apps this Unity app should be number one on the list!!! They have zero morals and do not care that they are using humans for a extra ***** in their pockets they should be ashamed of themselves shame on you!!
