  I have been doing a lot of research on the various Unity games and the relationship between the actual company and the app developers after playing the apps, watching countless ads, and picking through each and very privacy policy and terms of service with a fined tooth comb after not receiving a payment from any app after any amount of time even after following each step to a T.Now what I have found is that I have not found one credible account of someone receiving a payment but also that Unity has been aware of this ongoing scam for sometime now and has not shut down any of the apps. Unit has actually continued to increase the volume of scam apps that are released and has released more scam apps than any other game developing company combined. Although they just allow the app developers to work under their name and resources and not actually produce the app itself, they do gain profit from the scan app itself, continue to allow more to be created, and continue to allow the ones to remain under their name. This problem will only continue to grow and I have spent days reading through fine print, I know there are several different disclaimers in different games. However it does not protect the ******* scamming this company is doing.

  Unity do not make games, we make the software that developers then use to create their games or apps with - therefore, we have no ownership over the content made.

  
  I expect the Unity logo displayed on the game startup, which I believe where the confusion may lie. The reason our logo is displayed when the game starts will be because the game was created using the free version of our software. This means that anyone can download our software and create these games.
  
  Unity is not able to help with issues related to games that have been made with our software so the best way for you to reach a resolution, in this case, would be to speak to the studio/developer that created the app, or by reporting the app to the marketplace you downloaded it from.   I actually started playing games a month ago and none of them have paid off I played this game for over a week all of a sudden it was uninstalled for my phone and the data was lost from all my games that I played and also all of my prizes that I raise as part of my committal to playing the games I noticed that my coins in my dollar amount didn't change I took screenshots of all of this I waited for the payments I do know that I continue to play the games and they're supposed to pay out the same day but it didn't happen overall I noticed that after you pay him after an hour that it shows that it pays out within 6 days I waited the 6 days then all of a sudden a Time clock turned for a certain amount of numbers ahead of me to be paid and I noticed that the number came out to be 47 76 and obviously until it's down to zero I feel I noticed that it just didn't pay out it's stuck now at 100 and 69 it's like it's down to doing one at a time and it's taking forever would like to be paid out I took all of the screenshots for my payments that I have not received yet that I am waiting on I like to receive payments my payments are over I have $9,000 in payments and then my other set of payments before my $9,000 is $12,000 would like my payment for these games to be paid out I did attempt to contact the company and you can only contact them by some form of email and it takes about 10 more days I am tired of waiting or like my money to be paid out immediately please I also noticed that I believe that the system is hacked because my email address belongs to my Paypal account and for some reason it kept showing a messenger on there as payout and I do not have that type of account I believe that these accounts aren't paying out like they supposed to do to the system being hacked and also they screenshots that I am providing I have way more of them and they are scattered so I can provide the rest of them too the business!

  Hi, I highly suggest that you look for this address to this business because I chose this address because this address was an address that popped up as I was typing a different address and so I utilize this address I do know that if you look up unity games you will find the contact for these so I suggest that you do your job correctly because I just filed a complaint on a attorneys office and I got my money back and this person replied to me indicating there was nothing they can do about it so I know factually you need to get on your job because if you dont Im gonna get in contact with your superior  and also the federal trade consumer protection!

  I spent countless hours playing multiple different unity games and have cashed out for what should be thousands and havent seen a dime and these ads of theirs say its immediate deposit into your PayPal and it isnt and I would like my money or at least part of it I spent way too many hours on these games to not have something to show for it

  I do understand why some confusion may have been caused. The Unity logo appears at start up on some of the games that were created using our engine, mostly the ones in which developers and game owners used our free version.
  
  In these cases, it is important to clarify that Unity Technologies does not own, design, or create any games, we only offer the software for these developers to create their own games, but apart from that we do not have any affiliation with them.

  Depending on where you purchased this game (Apple Store/ Google ) you should be able to find the correct publisher details on the marketplace you purchased from. It may be that you choose to report the games to the store also if you believe that they are engaging in fraudulent activity.

  This is in regards to all the gaming apps that claim to pay people for playing and following their guidelines in order to get gift cards from PayPal, Cash App or Amazon but have not honored their end. Five by Five has no company name or contact info, but they owe me a PayPal payment of ******. They said it was sent since the beginning of July but have not gotten anything yet. They have been purposely delaying me to gain ****** to get an Amazon card. Right now I am at ******** for the past two months. The other games belong to Unity Gaming Company and the following apps owe me payments since June 2022. I have emails that I sent to them. One responded and the other didn't. I warned that if this a scam that I was going to reported to the BBB. Jackpot Master Pusher for a PayPal total of $1,250, Jackpot Spin for a PayPal total of $2,483.82 and still waiting on an approval for *****, ***** and ***** for a total of $75.44, Merge Card 3D, owed a PayPal for $1,000 and a payment for Amazon for $****** gifts cards. There is no contact info and my claim is not showing in the app. Meta Cube owes a PayPal of $390 plus $1,050 that is still pending since early July, a Cash App for $4,950.00, with a balance of $2,458.69 in the account. Slot Rush owes $1,000 with a balance of $485.991 in the account. I have stopped playing all these games because doing my research I read questions and answers between players and Unity and Unity claims to process payments at the end of each month on a net 60 candence, which means I should have gotten all my payments by now, since I started these games mid June and early July. I have sent a few emails a no one response and I called them out on it being a scam, but my last email the customer service said that they will let their techs know to see what is the issue, then never heard from them again. I'm not stupid to think that I can get rich off of these games, but if they claim to pay people to play games and watch their ads so they can make money, th

  Unity Games offers many games the App Store. I specifically played a game called BINGO WIN. I spent hours over many weeks and months playing and won $500, $1,000, and $2,000 dollars, for a total of $3,500. In order to win, I was forced to endure countless advertisements. When I didnt receive my money into my PayPal account. I looked into contacting Unity. I emailed the person listed on their site, and sent them screen shots of my winnings. The website says that you will receive your winnings within seven business days, excluding the weekends. I never, ever heard back from them. I assume it is a fake email listed. What bothers me is that Unity is collecting cash for all those advertisements they show, and never paying out the winners. That is fraudulent and wrong. Im sure I am just one of many thousands, if not millions who have been duped. I think they should either be forced to pay out all their winners, or forced to pull their games from the App Store. They are just stealing peoples time and advertisers money, not to mention giving PayPal, Amazon, Apple and the other payout resources they offer a bad name by making these fraudulent claims, making them inadvertently guilty by association.   what is the directions on the downloads quite frankly at one point they only said I had to watch ****************************************** to receive my winnings. No money down, youre with the only goal and only app out of all the other apps and games that would actually pay out and provide customers their money. That is false advertisement I followed everything step-by-step there was it there was no other downloads nothing else I did exactly what you asked if you look online there are millions of customers complaining about the same thing it cant be that were all following the wrong prompts.

  This company is a big scam. Definitely doing a lot of false advertising. They advertise that you WILL get paid, so in all honesty, they own all persons who have ever played their games. There are NO DISCLOSURES. Stating that you wont ever get paid. Completely fraud! I hope someone sues because I will be right there!!

  I have download a game from unity Crazy Racing Slot Cash waited until I got to 1 person in the queue no pay out started again in queue from 200.
