Unity has recently been changing a lot of their products and have forced several customers, including myself, onto more expensive products without our consent. These products are then unable to be cancelled and if you refuse to pay, they take away other products for which you have already paid. Specifically, in my case, Unity has subscribed me to a Pro plan when they cancelled their previous Plus plan (which was much cheaper) and when I discovered this and refused to pay, they blocked my access to assets from their asset store, which I had purchased years prior.Business Response

This offer was optional, and no subscriptions were renewed or upgraded without the customers consent.
Our records indicate that your Unity Plus subscription was upgraded to Unity Pro on March 19, 2024, as part of this campaign. We can confirm that this upgrade was initiated and authorized by your account. Your Unity account was suspended due to a chargeback initiated for a payment made toward the Unity Pro subscription associated with the organization "mobsoftfunstuffinc" (Transaction ID: **************. By raising a chargeback, the customer effectively claims that the payment was unauthorized, triggering an investigation that can result in account suspension.

These are the following games that I won money on but was never paid: Cute Fruit and Fruits Cool both which are housed on Unity Development platform to play through either play store and ****** play.(Unity Development) is the platform developer who allows game developers to use their platform to house their games to convince people to play their games in order to win money which they really don't. They will also try to convince people that there are actual winners by flashing fake names across their games so as to make people think that they really do pay money to play but the don't. My real complaint is with you (Unity) because they are allowing them to use their platform to bribe people into thinking they will win real money because they are getting kickbacks from all the games they are allowing to use their platform. I know this because no one in this world gives anything for free. There is ALWAYS a catch. Now, you can claim all you want to about how you do not have anything to do with what the game developers are doing but you do and nothing you can say or do will ever change my complaint against you about how you are actually Aiding and Abetting them. Instead of taking responsibility you act like you don't know anything but you do. You are a poor excuse for a development company and I will pray for you! I am rejecting this response because:Each game I open says "Made With Unity Technology" which to me and any other person with common sense who play the games that you are part of the equation. Since you are then the right thing to do is to either reach out to your game creators and tell them to start paying out the money they owe to people who have one any game they have played and actually won, stop telling people they have won money or you pay out what your game creators are telling people. It's bad business to allow what you are doing just to make money. Take responsibility for what your gamers are doing. It's considered a scam and fraud to all the people who are playing the game. I clicked on 2 separate games from the Unity offer wall platform due to hopes of getting my pocket coins for completing the conditions of the offer. When I clicked on the 2 separate games using the link on Unitys offer wall on 2 separate days, it led me to the Apple App Store where I downloaded and played the games. Once I reached the first milestone of the game that was listed by Unity as a condition to get pocket coin for the ********* app, a third party app that is the sole reason I was using Unity, I checked the Unity website. It had indicated that I had downloaded the app, upon refreshing to collect my first milestone credit, I received an error telling me that they could not verify me downloading the app. Please note that it had originally indicated I had. Upon reaching out to Unity Customer help desk for assistance, I was first asked if I had made any purchases on the app, which I had not. I had spent more than 8 hours combined in the 2 separate games. Upon informing them that I had not, I provided screen shots of me reaching the milestone and the error page I was being given, they informed me that they could not assist me because I had not downloaded the app from their offerwall. Please note that the only reasons I was playing the two games were because I had been led to download the games from the Unity Offerwall, which I had to click that led me directly to the App Store to download. This has been a case of bait and switch/failure to uphold their end of the deal. I am simply requesting the pocket coins I am originally owed for meeting the first step of the games. I have attempted to speak with their help desk but they keep closing the case on me after giving me the same false information about how I did not use their offerwall.Business Response

The issue is not with the game but with their offer wall platform. I have played S**** Puzzle 3D and have earned $1500 which I have not been paid. I spent over TWO weeks watching the ads and playing the game plus continuous play. I have emailed business@whitexhorizons numerous times and have yet to receive a response. This game is a scam as they get paid by the advertisers and never payout even though the tasks have been completed. I do have screenshots from everyday of where I am in line for payout. Unity dont give me your standard response that you are not responsible for the game/platform. I've down loaded this game and I've won a $1,060 dollars but every time I go to cash out I get the same problem no internet connection and I know my wifi is working good. I've sent them several emails without resolution first said it was a bug in the game and the last email I received from them after still having problem cashing out is ridiculous explanation cause like I stated to them my internet connection was good and 2 other things which are ridiculous. I've done some reading on reviews for games through Unity and sounds and looks like they are all misleading and false advertising which I know ****** play has heard about several times. I just want what I spent time playing the game and winning $1,060??. I'm sure I'm not the only one having problems with this gaming company and games they have put out through Unity. I've attached screen shots of the problem I run into when trying to cash out in the game. I also have the emails they have sent me every time I sent them an email of the problem. I don't understand how they and ****** play let's them get away with misleading players and false advertising. I know there is alot of games but as many complaints and reviews against games through Unity on ****** play why haven't they been flagged or took down by now. Unity Technologies advertises payment for playing their games online according to their own advertisement they owe me at least $8,000 that they said they would send to my Paypal account it's been at least a month and I received no payment.
