      On March 27, 2024 I contacted Nativecos.com to request three new deodorant products due to faulty operation of the units. The units have 'elevators' that push product up a sleeve for use. The three products I have do not allow for all of the product to be consumed due to faulty hardware on their product. Nativecos requested I send pictures of the faulty product and I did on March 30th. Upon receiving photos, Nativecos determined that beacuse I used the product, no exception or replacement would be issued. My reasoning for contacting Nativecos was due to the fact I couldn't use all of the product. I am still requesting Nativecos to stand behind their products and replace their faulty products.

      So your native hair care products caused me to now have hair loss it was coming out in patches and that's never happened before now I have to buy and pay for extensions which is hundreds of dollars if nothing gets done about this I will ***

      Have ordered from Native online for years. However this time theres something fishy going on. Ordered & Native received my credit card payment on Oct 28, 2023. Received emails that delivery was late, damaged, returned. Native sent me 2 different tracking numbers, when I was told they couldnt deliver because they didnt have my address, I went to my post office. They put in the tracking number, & said the product HAD NEVER SHIPPED from the CA facility. Im disputing this with my credit card company, not sure if Ill get my money back, but I want others to be aware that this company could be scamming people now.

      Received your recent letter saying that my case is closed. My credit card company did refund me the disputed amount. Native did contact me offering to fill & send me a free order, but I told them I wasn't interested. It should be noted that they only offered to send me a free order when I left them a poor review on their FB page ! I no longer trust them with online orders, & will no longer order from them.

       

      Their product is a good, but it can be purchased at Target so that's where I will purchase it in the future. Too bad they have such lousy customer service.

      On August 31 I placed an order for three sticks of deodorant. I have since received no tracking info, the order has not shipped, and emails go unanswered. I receive automated emails stating I will receive a reply within 1-2 business days, and after almost a week of emails I have not received a reply. I have contacted via social media, and, similarly to others who have complained, I just receive a brief message stating theyve passed my concern along to their team to look into. I have asked for a refund with no luck. There is no number to contact, so customers are forced to just repeatedly contact via email and social media. I have now been billed $35.14 for products they have not shipped and they are not telling me whats going on with my order.

      I would like a refund and and for pain and suffering because its a burn under my arm so bad that its not healing and it it hurts me every day its been going on for over two weeks

      My daughter and I bought this product which gave us both a rash that looks like its a burn from acid and wont heal

      I have had a subscription for a few years without issue. June **************************************** my subscription. The package had someone elses packing slip enclosed. I immediately emailed Native and received a cute automated response that they would resolve in 1-2 days. I heard nothing. I emailed a few more times, sent Instagram and Messenger messages, never any response. They have no phone numbers to call. Ultimately I am stuck with a product I dont want, could not get a refund, and canceled my subscription. It is too bad, I like the product but no customer service means I cannot be a customer.

      I placed an order and was sent someone elses package. They have no customer service phone number and I have emailed customer service and have gotten no response. I just want my order or a refund.

      Requesting a return and refund for 3 sticks of deodorant purchased 3/28/2023. I messaged on April 9, 2023 I no longer wanted them and they were unopened and I would like to return them since it is within the 30 days as mentioned on the Native website *************************************************
