      Cash app stole my minor child's money and closed her account for no reason! She has not violated the terms and they are refusing to refund her bitcoin! Beware use of this app!!

      Cant stand Cash App I never had issues with my checks being deposited until recently I had my work check deposited into my account and next thing I know I got a text message saying my card was unlinked and out of nowhere my whole paycheck was being transferred to somebody named ****** ******* whom I dont even know. So I called Cash App support and they said they would help me with the dispute and the next day or two I saw that my disputes were all declined and my account was closed because I violated the Terms of Service which i dont know what I did. So I called again and they said I can appeal it so I did that and I got another email stating that my appeal was denied and they were permanently closing my account. ***!!! ********************** GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!

      Cash app suspended my account for no reason whatsoever and now I have $400 stuck in the app and they havent been giving me an answers for two months

      Not secure at all. My account was hacked TWICE, once when I reported the problem, then a second time when the hacker tried to link my then discontinued bank card. CashApp sent me two emails - one that the card had been unlinked and then another almost immediately saying the card had been linked. They allow the PIN to be accessed and changed. Thousands were stolen. **************** is horrific; rude, ignorant, no listening skills whatsoever. Stay away.

      Since last week, my transactions have been randomly canceled without any clear explanation. I attempted to use Cash App again after a few days, only to encounter the same problem. This issue is not only frustrating but also has caused a significant disruption to my ability to use the service as intended.I called customer service earlier today in hopes of resolving the matter. However, the representative informed me that I had "gone over the number of transactions allowed." When I requested clarification on what specific limit I need to stay under to prevent these cancellations in the future, I was told they couldn't provide that information. This lack of transparency and helpful guidance is extremely disappointing! My concerns were not taken ************ a user of **********************, I expect a more straightforward and responsive solution to my problem.

      The cash app borrow limit is terrible. No one should have access to 80% of their money up front. The hole dug was terrible

      They are forcing me to hold onto a debt forever, because I got security flagged. I am not allowed to make any transactions ever again, and I can't clear the debt without making a transaction. Giving them money. They repeatedly told me to go fvck myself

      Went to make a paper money deposit and got the approval code and everything and even got a text stating that there was $50 credited to my account and then like 10 minutes later I received another text saying the transaction was canceled. Went back to the store where I made the deposit and they said everything was approved on their end that it was cash app that canceled it. Never got credited my $50. I have called and texted complaints and I am still getting the run around. I have my receipt and screenshots of the texts and have sent it all and they keep asking if I want to add more proof. How ridiculous!! What other proof would they need. They plain and simply stole my money. $50 may not seem like much to many but I definitely dont have it to throw away and I work in healthcare and work very hard for my money. I will never use cash app again!! I hope everyone else is careful using that app because they are obviously stealing money!!

      CashApp is a scam. They provide no protection at all for users. I had an account with them for a long time and then stopped using them in 2020 after they tried to take money from my bank account that I did not authorize claiming that money that was sent to me was fraudulent. I did not do anymore transactions through them after that. My account was closed by them claiming that there were transactions on my account that went against their policies. All of these transactions occurred after I stopped using CashApp and were without my knowledge. According to their records there were deposits and withdrawls made on my CashApp account that I did not know about or authorize. This in my opinion violates their own policies and is not safe. CashApp violates their own policies and the law. I do not recommend that anyone use CashApp for any reason.

      Cash App doesnt care about its customer and they allow theft. My nephews birthday was yesterday and I thought I sent him *****. However, I didnt sent it to $****** ****** and right away I requested the money back from him and cash app both refused to send my money back or to the right person Sincere. Lastly, Ive been back and forth so this will be a paid severance of a relationship. Cash App has no morals or respect for their customers at this point. I will no longer be a customer as of today.
