If I could give 0 stars I would. Keeps double charging me and over-drafted my account. Support said there was nothing they could do and would hang up on me. Refused any accountability. I verified with my bank it was a Cashapp problem lots of people are having.Review from Keyana W

For some reason, Cash app thinks its okay to close an account out of nowhere and tell their customers that they closed it due to a violation. They won't tell you the violation and those in customer support only tell you that they can't see the reason just that there was a violation. I have been using Cash app to not only pay a bill here and there but to also help those in my family who are in need such as my disabled parents. If this isn't resolved within the next 48 hours, I will never be using Cash app for any reason again.Review from Shakevia C

Cash app is such a scam. Someone went into my account and bought Bitcoins with my debit card. I tried loading money to cash app to pay someone and my bank ended up locking my card after several attempts to load money. They took $600 and bought Bitcoins. I think the employees that work for cash app are the ones scamming. How is my claim closed and they havent even communicated wit me once. I had to keep reaching out to them in order to receive feedback. I recommend not using the app unless you want your money stolen.Review from Jamie H

Things had always just been fine with cash app, didnt go out of my way to give loving recommendations for them but also never had a reason to talk bad about them. Until I moved to *******, and on my notifications, showed up a BIRTHDAY GIFT to someone whom I have NEVER met before, ******* *******. It was every last dollar I had in my account, and EVERY detail of any of this MUST POINT TO, that I. ***** ******. Had nothing to do with this fraudulent activity. I mean FOR STARTERS. I looked this guy up and he is on the other side of the United States. Second, I agree with previous comments. The reason why we get NOWHERE filing disputes, is because the people who are actually conducting the fraudulent activity and the ***** are the people, most likely, working for cash app. Thats the only way that makes any sense. Because honestly. No matter what way I look at it, this is the only possibility for explanation of this BS that has happened with my account, and in other words I am LIVID!Review from Jennifer W

Cash app you cant call them and talk to them when you have an issue with your account. You cant talk to them through their theyre online chat so if your account gets closed or locked or whatever youre just screwed from that on out, you dont have an account with ********************** no more and you cant get no help because they all act like they dont know what the c*** theyre doingReview from Brandon S

My issues are similar to those I read here. Their Customer Support exists only to divert and delay until you give up trying to get resolution. Mistakes made in their documentation cost me dearly! If indeed they were actually mistakes.Review from Debra B

I'm not giving any stars and hoping karma gets them back. My grandson sent money to the wrong person instead of me seeing the to first words her name *************************** me **********************************, I needed it as I had my surgery weeks back and needed money for some things I needed, he was paying money back, we requested the money back from her many times now the request won't go through, called cash app customer service and this morning they denied it and she denied my request so she kept $254.20 *************************** you're not an honest person, cash app never again karma will get all of you. Very dishonest people and dishonest is $DebraABradley.
