      I had a free 30 day trial. I tried canceling it the entire week before. I was unable to get it canceled and there was not one response to my many emails. I found out there is no phone number. I finally found a way to cancel after they charged my card. I have never even used the app.

      So I was trying to sign up for a membership for a year for ***** and I got charged three ****** for a lifetime membership. I didnt authorize that.

      I found that ***** had been taken from my bank account for a subscription that I didnt have. I went into company to see if I had a subscription and it stayed non subscription

      I suddenly noted a $69.99 charge to calm. com on my bank account. I had not made this purchase . I tried get a refund but was unable to contact calm.com nor could I find an email to contact them! I merely want a refund !

      I did sign up for a subscription a year ago and did not want to continue it. None of the instructions they provide will allow me to cancel the subscription or obtain a refund. I have searched ****** Subscriptions, ******* Health and it does not appear, I have tried to contact the merchant but have not received any contact back. They have an "F" rating with you for a reason. I want to cancel my subscription and receive a refund of $49.99.

      I didn't realize I had a yearly subscription. Upon seeing I was going to be charged for another year I requested to cancel. Received a response that it would be cancelled effective before billing next year. I requested a refund through email. No customer service number to contact. Sent request October 16th and still haven't received a response to email.

      I have had and enjoyed the **** app for a year. Close to the time to renew, I saw an offer for a low price for a year that I wanted to redeem. I cancelled the current subscription (which was confirmed by email) and purchased the new subscription (also confirmed). Since then, I have been locked out of the account, and they have ignored all attempts to contact them. Then, today, they charged me to renew the subscription that I cancelled! So Ive paid twice for service that I cant access, and they will not respond. This amounts to fraud and is clearly illegal.

      They charged my ******* one card for another subscription for another yearwithout my permission and will not refund my card. Their telling me to cancel with *****. I don't have an apple account so how could I have paid with ***** pay.

      I subscribed to Calm.com, but the app does not work on my phone. I'm unable to access most of the programs they offer. I spoke with a customer service rep that tried to make adjustments to my phone to no avail. Since I am unable to use the app, I'm requesting a full refund, but now no one will return my emails. There is no telephone number to call.
