I was charged twice in 2021 so instead of a refund my subscription was extended to 2023 which I was ok with. I was charged yet again this month. I asked for a refund and showed all of the charges and the screen sorry that my subscription was extended an extra year last year, which they said no to, then said they said yes but didn't and then didn't put in for the refund so I filled a dispute with my cc company and now they shut my subscription. This is ridiculous and they don't have a phone number. What a ****.Review from Brenna B

I used the premium subscription for a year and cancelled it. I am very good and diligent about keeping on top of those subscriptions. That was the end of 2020. In Jan 2021, they charged me for a subscription. I went back and forth with them, proved I had canceled and they issued a refund. Fine. It was annoying, but fine. Now, a full year later, a full year of being off the app, and they have just charged me again for a subscription.nwhy do they still have my information? How many people do they charge who don't notice and for how many years? I am working on a refund and trying to fully delete my account with them.Review from John D

No way to talk to anyone in person. I emailed because I can't access it and they won't respond. They will not refund my money and I have no access except on Web page. Misleading advertisingReview from Jon S

Charged my Amex w/no prior approval! Very shady business. No way to talk with anyone as they're too cheap to have any customer service other than bots and ghosts. STAY AWAY! Very shady for AMEX to push Calm on their normal card users, too.
