      I just received the card it give you options to use the card before the physical card arrives I set up the app to make payment etc I used the card I logged into the account accidentally set up a payment setting up my banking information and it didnt go through on March 24th I sent in full payment April 1st the payment cleared and now they lock my account for 10 days put my card on restriction and I cant access funds they penalize me and this is the first time I havent had the card a whole week wow Ive called twice and the said they cant change it be aware of this they will cause you a inconvenience and lock your money regardless

      I applied for a loan on 4/1. Prosper sent me an email saying "Congratulations. You are approved for a loan through Prosper". I accepted the loan and next received an email stating that I was not approved. This practice they employed was deceptive. The company said that I was approved, then I accepted the offer and was not. What type of business practice is this? This should not be allowed. I am very frustrated with this company. I asked to speak to a supervisor and per *******, there are not any supervisors available on the weekends.

      I had an emergency in Feb. (Payment due 2/25) Called Prosper to see if I could move the payment date one time only. Was told just turn off the auto pay and make the payment before 30 days. Made the payment 10 days later. Went to turn my autopay back on. See that it says my account is 30 days past due. Call and they tell me I am missing **** cents on the Payments. Had ALL of my payments on time until now. Now my credit is damaged for 48 cents. I will NEVER touched this company again!

      I have had reoccurring issues with prosper. I am NOT sure how my account number keeps getting entered incorrectly. I have been over the phone every month since last summer about my payment. Now it is two days late. I am very unsatisfied with the customer service I have received. I keep having to get a moderator over the phone to enter my account number in correctly. The last payment I paid was $246 and I had to do it over the phone. I am not sure if this is just incompetence of your workers but I am close to getting a lawyer involved. I have NEVER had this many problems with a loan company ever before. It will NOT let me update my account any further or change my account number. Also it does alert me through email about payment being received. But it has not which is extremely misguiding. I am extremely upset over this matter. I am not paying the late fee as this is NOT my error once again. I am not sure how I keep getting stuck with these late fees and reoccurring late payments.

      I have never formally done business with Prosper but received a credit monitoring alert one day about a hard inquiry from them. Not recognizing this inquiry, I discovered someone used my identity to open a credit card account. When I spoke with client services, notifying them this was a fraudulent account, they let me know the account was opened using only my name and birthdate. They closed the account and assured me (and confirmed by email) the hard inquiry would be removed from my credit profile within 30 days. It's been over a year, and this fraudulent hard inquiry is still showing up. I'm not sure if any other companies run hard inquiries without a social security number, but based on this limited experience with having the fraudulent account opened that way, and then having them lie to me, I would never trust this company.

      Poor customer service. Will not update my address without my library card and the blood of a virgin. Don't depend on it to use for purchases, while fraud protection has it's place I am often declined purchases in person because of fraud alerts, they send a fraud alert well after you've left the establishment embarrassed, what is the point of having a chip card?!?! **************** has no logic and can only read a script, zero personality or help!

      Was approved Dec2022, moved. Contacted Prosper never received card. They cancelled card. Updated address but had to call back next day to make sure correct address was on file before they would send new card this was now January 2023 mid month. Ok Feb rolls around still no card. Call agin. Told **** bus days from feb 1. so called again around feb 17th told **** bus days from feb 1 yea and I told them 15 of feb was 10 days. Called again today still no card. They wanted to cancel and send another card. No thanks cancel the card and my account. If I could give zero stars I would. I dont recommend doing business with this company.

      I authorized one payment and they took two. I called and they say they can only mail me a check after **** days. Im canceling this card!

      I had a letter saying pre approved. I applied and the screen said yes, I am approved for this much, now lets connect to your bank account for auto payments. I connected it and it then said, no you dont qualify. No over draws so what was that all about. Now I am concerned that a company connected to my bank without a reason too. I cant find a way to end their connection so I am going to need to call my bank and have them look into it. Beware.

      I was involved with the ************ of America issue that was all over the news last week. This caused my payment to kick back. The funds were there, but BOA had issues with zelle deposits. However, prosper is holding me responsible for any fees and they stated this will count towards the "one favor" they allow clients. This was out of my ********* should not be punished for something another highly profiting corporation did. Bunch of *********************.
