    Uplift is charging me a fee for a loan that was canceled out by Alaska Airlines the same day. I cant reach anyone and I called the number at the bottom of the email. I sent them an email and the only they sent back was ways to cancel. Why am I being charged a fee for a loan I never even used? Its also on my credit report saying that I missed payments how can that be possible if the loan was canceled out the same day, Alaska Airlines has already given the money back all in one day. I would never recommend this service to anyone even if I was on my death bed, thats how bad this company is.

While Alaska Airlines did in fact provide a refund, the travel insurance you purchased through a third-party was non-refundable and thus still the responsibility of you the loan holder.     This set up is a bait and switch. One screen says $114 ** with 9 month financing and the next screen signs you up for something different. Very annoying and totally not fair to the consumer. Lost all trust in you guys

The screen you are referencing in this review is not in fact an offer as there is never an actual offer available prior to completing an application. What you saw is a sample of what an offer could look like where the disclaimer clearly states: Actual terms are based on your credit score and other factors, and may vary. Not everyone is eligible. The only offer you received was after the application was processed. We regret if this was unclear at the time you were transacting but hope the information we provided was helpful.

    Awful! Terrible! Condescending and uncaring company. Took a loan out for plane tickets. Made all my payments on time. Accrued a $4.39 interest charge for a final payment I had made *************************************** 60 (sixty) days late to the credit bureaus for $4.39 for a fee I knew nothing about. When I made my last payment, I thought that was it. My credit dropped by 25 POINTS!!!! that will affect my purchasing power for the next seven years and they were totally indifferent about it. For $4.39! They would not waver, no matter how I implored them to do so. The fact that I had paid the entire loan off in good standing meant nothing. $4.39 was an easy oversight, but they would not budge. This is horrible how they can ruin *************** for this trivial amount. Never using them again. Save your money and pay for your own tickets outright. God forbid if you stumble, even in the slightest, they will report you to the credit card companies, will not work with you and destroy your credit. Disgusting and inhumane.

    Frauds. Budget was unable to provide me with the car I reserved. I drove my own car. Budget has issued the refund to uplift. Uplift is still trying to collect on a loan they did not provide fund for. I cannot reach customer service.

    Uplift has terrible customer service. No real person to talk on the phone with. They only give you routes depending on what your issue with them is and most of these routes end in a preset recording saying something like if you want to cancel a loan contact the company you bought from and then it reroutes you to the main menu. When you try and email them, they send you a email back asking for your account information and when you give it to them the next email they send you has no links to anything and completely disregards anything youve asked of them, furthermore not helping you. I personally was charged twice for on flight by them. Not only did that happen but I cannot seem to talk to anyone or get a refund. And to top it all off, they charged me two different prices for two different loans for the full amount or more of my one flight I bought through them. Id say avoid using this company at all costs because if anything goes wrong, like them charging you twice and taking money out of your account, the hassle of trying to get it resolved is not worth it at all. Not sure if Ill ever get it resolved or even if any responses from the company are not AI generated.

    They are dishonest and the customer service people are condescending and rude. Also they report an incorrect loan amount, lower than what it is on equifax and then they don't report the customer's payments as they progress. Because of that they are causing damage to people's credit score and report.I would not recommend this company at all.

    They will back away from explaining reason for denial. This has nothing to do with credit or payment history. It is their responsibility, and they don't have an answer.

    I would like to give 0 star for this company. If you don't want to be rip off never give your information for uplift. UPLIFT IS A SCAM! I did cancel my flight less than 10 mins and they still took money from my bank account.

    I will give a big O I couldnt travel because of COVID and still had to pay 175 to the travel agency Plus Pay over 700 dollars to uplift. If you are thinking about getting this loan dont you will be sorry!

    ** Residents: When you check your eligibility, a soft credit inquiry occurs to verify your identity and determine your eligibility for financing. A soft credit inquiry doesnt affect your credit score. Uplift does not perform a hard credit inquiry.But, they still report your loan to *********** (of course this information isnt readily available on the website) so your score will be impacted either way not worth it because of this factor for me.
