Nextdoor.com censors speech they don't deem acceptable, and that's unacceptable to me! They are just another Authoritarian platform seeking to silence any views they disagree with. They banned me today for the next 4 days from being on there!

Over the last year or so theres this constant stream of begging. This can come in the form of blatantly setting up a GoFundMe page or asking people for $20 clothing, food, etc.. I dont mind donating to a charitable organization, but 90% of these requests are either people that dont want to put any effort into their life and find it easier to have people give them money over and over again or out and out scammers. It takes away from the good that this app can actually provide neighbors. I think that asking for money should be banned on this app as theres no way to legitimately know if a request is real or its a scam.

Do no use ever. I have tried to cancel 100s of times and still receive emails saying I'm agree to more stuff... I cancel everything I can find again and think it's all dealt with just to get more emails saying I agreed to more... this is a breach of privacy I can not get out of... don't join up ever

The Nextdoor community reviewers in my area to moderate based on their political beliefs rather than by the community guidelines. That has allow a lot of post not related to anything going on in the neighborhood to be allow. I actually got my account suspended by politely recommending to a user not to vent their personal life issues on the forms. This user actually messaged me nasty messages and reported me to a community reviewer she knows who suspended my account. I don't use this site often since it's not a good place to share happenings with your neighbors.

Next Door gives a platform to scammers. I reported the problem and got permanently suspended. I found the scammer had stolen over $7k from 4 people this summer. The scammer is still allowed on the platform.

Nextdoor is the WORST social media platform to date. They have community guidelines that are very black and white yet they pick and choose which ones and when to enforce them. The moderators, local review teams and leads are extremely biased, one sided and use favoritism, feelings and emotions to enforce the guidelines if and when they choose. Most of the people posting on Nextdoor is using it as their own personal ******** page that adds NO value to our community. The *** and ******************** Team could care less as long as they get their sponsors / advertising moneys.

It amazes me how people can post lies with zero back up to claims. Then they get all their friends to jump in to attack on their behalf. Its a cult that should be shut down.

I have repeatedly tried to delete/cancel/quit this app/service because of too much negativity on it, but there is apparently no way to accomplish that. I continue to receive messages I don't want that clutter my email. This surely cannot be legal!!

Nextdoor, violates your 1 Amendment with only left-wing propaganda excepted. If you post a different opinion than democratic woke ideals you will be called names, put in violations of bogus left charges to which are not in any way legit. Some hidden persons decide what you can or cannot say if you are a conservative and ONLY, they though/opinions matters. This site will freely allow all the chatter from the left but if you post something to show a post is not true from the left, watch out you will be BANNED from the squad police!
