    Craigslist allows anyone to post an ad using other people's phone numbers. For the past 2 1/2 weeks, I have received calls and texts, at all hours of the day and night, about 3 fake ads that appear on Craigslist. I have filled out and sent their 'complaint' form 5 times and also emailed their legal department 11 times. There is no way to speak to anyone at Craigslist. They need to implement a system that makes sure that people can't post fake ads.

    for a month I have been trying to rent an apartment. I am able to reach out to landlords when they require me to forward through a link that they send the claim this link is from craigslist to prove that I am a safe individual. I sign up I follow through the process they asked me to screenshot my credit score I do so then the reply saying you did not follow the link I always reply. I did follow the link. Below are the names of people who sent links.Below is listed landlords and their email with links. None function to prove my identity to them. I have followed all links and currently am account holders on freecreditscore.com, **********.com and service.transunion.com - Those three websites listed above I have accounts with and the craigslist landlords have not been able to verify my identity.     CL provides feedback forums in order to influence their dev and support closure. Reported an issue with Flag features, which used to automatically remove entries from either browser cache view, or server provided results, when either entering new CL browser tab, or browser back button. This feature has stopped working in the last ***** hours, and my attempts to reach someone via feedback have been met with severe derision. I can tell you this is NOT how their product used to behave, but now it has. Forum feedback is: *********************************************************** resolution is simple, whatever changes were deploy, should be reverted to their baseline delivery, because THAT was well behaved, as expected. It has been working great up to that point, not sure why anyone, employee turnover, new blood, whatever, needed to kick any tires about it. This is not the first time such an issue has been filed, and met with any resistance. CL is now in the territory of morphing from an asset in my daily arsenal to an rapidly expanding liability, as long as reliability issues such as these continue to manifest themselves.Desired settlement below, 'follow through', to my satisfaction as described herein.

    I keep trying to post a puppy ad to rehome pups. They flag me before publishing the ad. They placed me into some automatic flag where everytime i try to post they automatically flag my pup ad. I didn't want all of my local city having my main # so i used my prepaid phone #. Then i posted with my main number and still they have me automatically blocked from posting, wont email me back, wont give me a reason why so i can correct any issues. I use other post as an example and i dont see anything wrong with my post. Other post can be horrible and use words for their phone number and Craigslist says nothing. Dont even review my post they just automatically flag it. I also see others over posting. I remove my post over night to keep people from calling all night and i delete before making another ad. So what am i doing wrong?

    When trying to post an ad for offer help people with moving service for a job the ad keeps getting declined in there system and in the past have done plenty of jobs on Craigslist with the exact same ad. I been moving local and long distance mover for both residential and businesses and all my customers very satisfied. Now when I try to post with the same credit card always use, the card is automatically declined. We need work to survive and this is not right. Will be filling a complaint with other organizations if this company (BBB) cannot resolve it,never if have to take it to court.

    City: ******* State: ******** Zip Code: 22032-2121 ************ What happened I responded to an email listing from Craigslist about concert tix for sale. The seller emailed me back on how he accepted payment and where to send and then he would email the tickets. I have an email trail of about 40 emails back and forth. The Craigslist listing #was ********** . The email reply # ********************************************************************* Once the payment went through the seller stopped responding to me and I never received my tickets. I have filed a complaint with Craigslist and never heard anything back. The email attached to the payment was ***************************** I also have the transaction # if needed.

    My complain is from Craigslist. Someone placed a fraudulent add in Craigslist for a house for rent. The subject property is for sale, not lease. As a licensed Realtor, I received many phone calls per day from prospect people who wanted to rent the house. I never could get a hold of anyone at Craigslist. I wrote a few emails to ********************************* no reply or action on their end yet till today! It is so amazing that they let the fraudulent add runs for so long. Many people called me and told me they sent money to a person by name of **** to rent the place.     I have been scammed in Craiglist and after I reported to them, nothing has been changed, the suspect's ad is still online and scamming more people!The whole thing is this, when I contacted the Lego seller on Craiglist on 2/26/2023, at this number **********, this guy ask me to e-transfer him $200 deposit for secure the set from buying from others, I did and then this guy disappeared and his phone is not callable, his email for e-transfer is ************************* haven't give me any reply until 3/15/2023, I lost $200 which is still affordable, but some family maybe need this money to put food on their table, when I report this scammer with Craiglist, they did nothing and didn't even ban the suspect or did any investigation, the ad is still alive here: *************************************************************************************************************, more victom will be find and the reason why this thing could happen is because Craiglist didn't take this thing seriously, I need them to take care of it ASAP until more people get hurt!!!

    I have requested Craigslist to terminate my account and delete my information, but I have had no response.
