Craigslist will ban a person from accessing their account then refuse to allow the person from deleting their account. Their account and personal data is permantly held hostage to the company. If a person is declined service they should be allow to delete their account. Why should they continue to be able to keep my account active and collect my data? How is this legal? How are they allow to not allow me to log into my account? It's my account but im not allow to log in? And im forced to keep the account active even without being able to log in or use it?Initial Complaint

I tried the post on Craigslist multiple of time some of them got posted successfully. I tried try to repost with exact content and pictures. It got declines. I can't find the reason why. I have paid third party company post for me for the same content but they post them successfully every time. I need to get straight answer with the issues. I don't want to keep paying $7 per post to be able to post on Craigslist.Initial Complaint

Following craigslist rules it seems they pick and choose who they allow to post based on bias or favor? I have tried many times to post for services or goods and can see many if not hundreds of ads posted who either violate there rules, or who have the same launguae or purpose as my ads and they are left posted or are not flagged for remoal as my ads are. here is no clear rules followed or supported. I believe craigslist is ran by unconsistent moderators and should be held accountable for BIAS against hundreds of people who have reached out and told me the same bias treatment has happened to them.Initial Complaint

I am a masseuse and I've been dealing with Craigslist for over a year trying to advertise. Craigslist is the only website that you actually get any type of response at all to get work when you're doing massages. They have maliciously went after me for over a year letting me post in the service department and then 5-10 minutes later removing my post flagging my post or putting my account on hold for no reason whatsoever. This time I took snapshots of the other massage therapist and masseuses that they have posted their ads and they are up and running. We're theirs pictures they show most of their b****** they show their buttocks they show way too much skin as far as what their rules policies and procedures go by there's also a woman that has lingerie. my two advertisements is on the website they put a hold on my account today so I have no ad out there yet I paid for two. my clothing covers up my body completely my verb is within their policies rules and procedures so is my picture. When I don't put a picture up my ad stays up I believe this racial profiling because I am Hispanic and they see that in my picture. They are doing unprofessional business practice and it is illegal. I need somebody to look into this to see. I've contacted Craigslist numerous times through The years asking them what I did wrong how can I change it that I need help. I've read the policies procedures rules everything so many times I can remember I memorized it and can speak it for batum. There are maliciously picking me out. This is my only job this is how I support me and my family. This is what I've been trained to do. This is my employment. This is the only way I can advertise and get business. Is through Craigslist yes there are many websites out there but none of them will get you any return at all you are wasting your time. Today they blocked well they put a hold on my account which had two ads in there that I paid for there's no reason for them to block any of my ads or put a hold .Initial Complaint

This issue is a posting issue. I have been attempting to post my accidental litter of puppies on craigslist. I have read the terms of service and my ad did not violate these terms. However, my posts have been taken down minutes after being posted. I even took an and that had been up on the site for more than a week and actually copied and pasted the ad... word for word. My ad was taken down in less than 5 minutes. Craigslist is a platform, not a publisher. They must follow their terms of service as such. This amounts to censorship of a specific person or post. This would make Craigslist a publisher and not a platform. While I am not wanting to wage war on semantics or law, I just want to be able to post my items just like all the other posts that I see on Craigslist. And I can not. The other issue is there is no way at all to contact anyone at Craigslist to even get an answer as to why my posts keep getting taken down. Your email to the company gets you a giant list of help links online. These take you to post on a forum that is done by individuals and not the company. I have emailed the company 3 times now and asked for help. The only response is a bot. I have given them 5 business days to respond and no response at all.I just want to be able to post my items and find out why my posts have been targeted for removal. If my post does not violate the terms of service, then according to their own rules, I should be able to post my things and have the listing stay online. This is NOT the case. Please contact me so we can resolve this. Having no way at all to get an answer as to why you are being blocked is not acceptable.Initial Complaint

I have been a long-time user of **********************, posting legitimate job ads for my company, which contracts over 400 technicians nationwide to perform in-home assembly and repair services. Recently, Craigslist has unfairly flagged and removed all of my job postings, despite my company operating legally and in good standing for ***************** ************* Ad Time:I have paid hundreds of dollars for job ads that were supposed to remain active for several days before expiring, yet they were removed without warning or explanation. This has resulted in a significant financial loss, as well as lost opportunities for potential technicians who rely on these job postings.Attempts to Resolve:I have attempted to contact Craigslist for clarification and a resolution, but there has been no meaningful response. Craigslists lack of customer support and its automated flagging system have made it impossible to fairly conduct business on their platform.Resolution Requested:I am seeking:A refund for the removed ads that had days remaining before expiration.A clear explanation as to why my ads were flagged.A review of my account status to prevent future wrongful flagging.Craigslists unfair practices are negatively impacting my business, and I urge the BBB to investigate their handling of paid advertisements.Initial Complaint

Nine days ago on 4 March I created a room/shares posting on craigslist. It was flagged for removal and I have contacted craigslist twice so far seeking clarity. There's no violation of any terms of use or am I soliciting anything Less than. I'm simply trying to rent out a room in my house like others are in a literal 5 mile radius of me. Now seeing they have an F BBB rating I see that my move to filing a formal complaint my probably go on deaf ears.
