On November 3, 2021, I took out a $6,000 line of credit through Tally at an *****% APR. Recently, this was transferred to a loan collector, ****************** Technologies****** Since the transfer, my APR has increased to 24%. As of today, I still owe $5,500. I did not agree to this change in APR, and I was not properly informed of the transfer or the significant increase in interest.Tally violated several terms of its agreement before shutting down. They stopped accepting card payments, failed to provide the promised Tally+ service, and never lowered the APR as guaranteed in the Tally+ agreement. The transfer to ****************** Technologies, ***** a new loan servicer, was done without my consent, and I was required to sign up for a new website that seems insecure. I signed up with Tally because they offered a program where they a age my credit card debt and I pay them for both my cards. Every month they would send me an email saying how much they payed to my cards and then telling me how much I had to pay them. They stopped the service. I got very little notice, and they transferred my balance to a lender company. No I ended up with more debt, not only I have to finish my cards, but also that loan with the interest rate they decided. The lender company is not very communicative. I have been using tally for years and loved its service. Recently they closed shop and from what I understand were closing shop in waves with many clients. We were told the servicing would be sent to another lender and have received no info, and when asked about the new servicer of the line of credit, tally simply ignores the question and wont answer it. What they did is very shady and has left many clients/customers in dire financial hard ships when a service is set to pay credit cards so essentially you have a single payment rather than a payment each month for each card. It left many including my self scrambling to pay bills as they were suddenly due as tally no longer would pay them. We are left with no answers, as tally is demanding we pay the payments to them still but with no servicing or adherence to the original contract. I have a loan with Tally Tech. My monthly payment goes towards my payment for that loan along with to cover payment to two credit cards ***************** and Discover. I made my payment to Tally on August 9th for a total of ********. They paid my ******** express bill on August 7th for a total of ******. But did not pay my Discover bill, which was $165.00. They announced they are shutting down on August 12th. However I never received notice from them until I reached out, on August 22nd, about my Discover bill not being paid. Due to shutting down, they say they will not being paying my discover payment, which then is putting me in a tough spot having to also pay that in addition to already paying my monthly payment to Tally(which should be including the payment to discover).My next Tally payment is due on September 9th and is *******. I have reached out to get clarity without much help. It is not clear why my payment would still be around the same if they are no longer paying my credit card bills as well. It has also not been made clear on what is happening to making payments if the company is shutting down.Initial Complaint

I got swept into the consolidation payment plan with low APR only to be baited and switched. This company has never kept it's word on anything. If I was late on a payment due to low funds during the month, I would receive an email telling me if I'm having trouble paying they could offer me a payment plan however when I inquired about this it was met with nothing but an agent trying to schedule my full payment at that time. They said they were not able to offer payment plans however that's the email they send out! They have been sneaky in their practices and not forthcoming.
