I had an acct w **********************, they were sold or went bankrupt and my loan info went to another company that says is "helping" Tally, the *** they are saying I owe is Incorrect and Inaccurate, I should not owe nearly the *** they are saying! I call the new company that took over and they are just as bad! I don't know what to do! They are scammers and still trying to scam people! Anyone have any ideas or what to do.

Tally takes all customer concerns seriously, and appreciates the opportunity to respond. We sincerely apologize if you had a negative experience with our product. Tally offers eligible consumers a lower interest line of credit to help them pay down higher interest credit card debt. If a member falls behind on their payments to Tally, we try to work with them, over a period of several months, to help get them back on track. In the event an account charges off, we do reserve the right to pursue avenues to recoup any losses, including selling charged off debt.

This company claims to pay off select credit cards with a MUCH lower rate and monitor other cards to ensure no late charges and pay in amount that will pay them off faster. It looked good and was a 8% less interest than the cards I wanted on the program. However #1 the do not report on your credit and #2 the reason for this - about a month or 6 weeks after I started the "lower" rate went up by .1% than the cards I had entered. They said it was not a "fixed" rate, which I obviously missed. Any company that presents itself then changes soon after is a total scam. I took all my cards off the program and now, months later the interest they charge is higher than most of my cards minus 1. Here I wanted to tell people and thought what an awesome idea. DISGUSTING. this is your warning they will up the interest I promise. don't do it.
