1 starOrdered grocery delivery through Amenify and they subcontracted through instacart (we were not aware they would do this) and they gave the instacart team the wrong address. Delivery was late, the instacart folks had no idea what was going on, we didn't know what was going on.This company is a scam, they do nothing themselves, and poorly subcontract whatever their task is out to third parties.Review fromPhylicia M

1 star. I ordered food at 12:58 am it is now 3:11am and no food has come. I reached out to chat and was told there was nothing that could be done and I needed to CONTINUE to wait by someone named *****. Im guessing thats ai. You guys are scammers who are out to take our money as if times arent hard enough. I just wanted a hot meal after working until 11 pm and I thought hey maybe Ill use my new app. Well that back fired on me horribly. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a food delivery app. Im almost scared for yall to have my information because I feel like Im being scammed.Amenify Corporation

1 starI placed the order, under my mother's account, yesterday (05/29/2025) and received a confirmation text stating that it would be ready for pickup today. However, when I went to pick up the groceries, the store informed me that no such order existed. This experience was highly inconvenient and unacceptable. I demand full refund!!!Amenify Corporation

1 starI had a scheduled deep cleaning for a Saturday and received confirmation leading up but without any timeframe. I called and the support number immediately went to voicemail. I left a few messages. I also sent multiple emails to their support email. No one responded. No one ended up showing and so I waited all day without any communication and ultimately the result was a no-show. We then rescheduled for another day and the timeframe was supposed to be early afternoon and then changed to going into early evening. And then yet again the result was a no-show. I had dispute the charges with my credit card. The overall result was a lot of effort and time on my part as well as unnecessary aggravation. They then did not provide a refund and so I had to dispute the charges and file a bbb complaint which *** never done before in my life.Amenify Corporation

1 starAmenify's booking process is misleading and their service execution is chaotic. When booking, you select a specific time frame, but this is meaninglessafter booking, you receive only a vague meeting invite with an absurdly wide window (in our case, 5am to 1pm).We had guests arriving between 1-2pm and specifically needed cleaning completed before 1pm. Instead of any reasonable confirmation, we were left guessing and had to wake up at **** to be ready for a cleaner who might arrive anytime in an 8-hour ********* 11:30am with no communication, we called supportno help with arrival times. We started cleaning ourselves out of desperation. At 12:30pm, a cleaner finally arrived, forcing us to cancel our own meeting and creating chaos as our guests arrived during the cleaning.The cleaner was pleasant but worked for a third-party company with zero knowledge of our scheduling requirements or commitments made during booking.Customer support was robotically unhelpful, offering only scripted responses starting with "We appreciate your concern, but..." Save yourself the stressAmenify cannot deliver on their basic promise of scheduled service. Their communication failures will disrupt your entire day.????????????????Amenify Corporation

1 starWish I could leave 0 stars, as this company must be a scam and does not do honest business. After a proven (by videos and pics) and admittedly terrible supposed deep cleaning job done by their Pros, I asked for a refund and cancellation of the subscription Id gotten, only to be offered not even half of what I paid in credits and told the same sorry people could be sent out to redo the job. I informed them Id already had someone else come in to complete the job correctly bc I have a baby and bad back and cant wait around to have my home cleaned. They have yet to resolve the issue satisfactorily and cancel my subscription. But have gone and charge my account for another full price deep cleaning. Why would I want another deep cleaning (my house should not be that dirty again in a month if it was cleaned correctly first time) let alone any cleaning from this company. They didnty even actually mop the floors; no grout in bathrooms/on floors, or baseboards were cleaned, windows, doors etc. all things listed as included in deep cleaning. I am highly disappointed and ******. I feel cheated out of my money as a woman out on maternity leave not making any income, I put this money aside especially to have my home cleaned because I just couldnt do it with my back and an 8 month old. I will escalate this to whoever or wherever I need to until I am fully reimbursed for the work that was not done and the service that I asked well in advance to have cancelled. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE TERRIBLE AND WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND TRY TO GIVE YOU CREDIT TO USE WITH THEM THAT YOU DONT WANT I STEAD OF GIVING YOU YOUR MONEY BACK! Bad business practice and I will continue to spread the word. Also the customer service people are awful and no help. You will continue to hear from me until you refund me my hard earned money. 1 starThis is a new service connected to my apartment so I scheduled a cleaning. No one showed! I contacted them and they rescheduled for two days later. Again, a no show! I contacted them mid day to get an eta and they stated they would call back in 15 minutes with an ***. No one called back and no one showed. 1 starThis company is a scam! I paid for a deep move out cleaning service for my apartment. It is meant to be a 3-4 hour service. We received no communication from the cleaner on when theyd arrive, when they finally messaged us that they arrived and when they left, we saw they had only cleaned for an hour. We tried to give the benefit of the doubt that they are good at their job and completed it early but when I arrived my apartment looked exactly the same. They used improper chemicals on my stainless steel and left it discolored. The cleaning I paid for wasnt complete. I spent over 3 weeks BEGGING customer service for a refund or something but all they offered was a coupon. I am begging DO NOT USE AMENIFY. It will be the worst decision of your life. The prices may seem good but dont do it. Their cleaners are careless and their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They need to be shut down because they are scamming people out of their hard earned money.Amenify Corporation

1 starI was able to use my credits once (the first time) and it covered my order up to $15. Now, I cant use the $15 unless I place an order of $20 minimum. I wonder if they are collecting the $5. Last time I was able to place without a minimum. The system is all out of whack and I have to keep leaving and coming back. I dont plan on wasting my time with it anymore. 1 star******** customer service and disregard for customer's time. I booked there services a WEEK in advance and confirmed my address 24 hrs before the appointment. When no one showed up between the scheduled hours I called to get an update and they kept hanging up on me! Next morning I had to call again because not only did anyone not show up but I never got an explanation as to why. First they said "unspecified reasons", then the guy on the phone said they didn't have the address and when they got it, it was too late. Absolute BS! Then when I asked for a refund he tried several times to get me to reschedule, then proceeds to tell me if they cancel its a 5% fee! If I don't get my full refund I will pursue this to a higher level and will not rest until it's settled because I am beyond frustrated at this point! The disrespect!Amenify Corporation
