    Do not give this company your credit card information. They constantly send texts about a sign up $50 credit. Then when you look at the services and products offered and select to proceed with purchase, only $20 is applied towards purchase, not even allowing the option to submit order instructions, i.e. personalized engraving. Now I'm being told it will take 24 hours to process canceling the order with my back and will take up to 15 days to be put back on my account. This company has false advertising and sends constant text alerts to hurry and use your $50 credit within the next 24 hours before it expires. It is directly linked to the website who receives my rent payment. The **** app.

A maximum of $20 can be applied toward ACommerce purchases. That said, if you choose to use the credits for home cleaning or chore services, the full amount of the credit can be applied.We understand how this may not have been clear upfront, and we truly regret any disappointment this caused. Additionally, we can confirm that your order has already been canceled and the refund has been initiated. Refunds typically take 35 business days to reflect on your account, depending on your banks processing time.We hope this clarifies the situation, and we genuinely appreciate your feedbackit helps us improve both our communication and the customer experience.     Amenify Review – Serious Safety Concerns, Poor Communication & Broken Review Link

    I booked a cleaning service through Amenify, and the experience raised major red flags. On the day of service, the person who arrived did not match the cleaner’s photo or info listed in the app. When I called Amenify, they told me there had been a system error, and they couldn’t (or didn’t) update the app to reflect the change.

    This is a serious safety concern. A stranger I wasn’t informed about was able to get access to my apartment keys from the front office. I waited 30 minutes after this unknown cleaner had the keys to my home, and they never even showed up to clean. In a city like Atlanta, where scams are not uncommon, this level of miscommunication and lack of verification is unacceptable.

    I called to voice my concerns. While they did apologize, they refused to issue a refund, even though the service was never completed. They also sent me a link to leave a review of the customer service call—but the link didn’t work, even after I tried multiple browsers and my phone.

    Overall, this experience revealed poor communication, lapses in safety protocol, and ineffective customer service follow-up. I canceled the service and would not recommend Amenify based on this experience.

    Terrible customer service, policies and communication are formulated to get as much of your money as possible. There isn't even a way to remove your payment information from your account. Their cancelation policy (which you have to dig for, at front it just says "click here to cancel or reschedule") is that you cannot make any changes without paying extra fees starting ONE HOUR after the moment you book a service, regardless of how far in advance the service is. Also, you cannot cancel a service, ever, only reschedule. I've been emailing for over a week trying to cancel a house cleaning, and even with that they're still trying to get me to spend more money with them, offering a discount on a future service, offering credit toward a future service, anything except letting me have my money back. TOTAL SCAM

    Placed an order on June 20th for pick up, arrived to the restaurant and they informed that no order was never received, waited for at least an hour as I was on my lunch break trying to grab something quick. I was utterly embarrassed as I told the restaurant that I ordered through the app and the order should be coming on their side, it never got to them , sent several messages through the chat and called no refund was ever issued. In fact my tracking still stayed the order was placed but the restaurant never got out. Will never use this app again.

    Beware of Amenify. A lady showed up with 4 young children to clean my condo. Everyone was wearing filthy running shoes, and left mud and dirt all over my brand new hardwood floors. My place was a mess when they left and nothing had been cleaned properly. This is not a professional cleaning service. They will let anyone off the street sign up. The second ******* that I booked showed up with her husband and they stole a Best Buy gift card from my closet valued at $1,700. This company is trash.

As more than 10 days have passed since the service date, we regret that we are no longer able to initiate a formal investigation into this particular instance.     We have been using Amenify for a few years now, and at first we had no issues. We had a wonderful woman named ***** come and clean our 3 bedroom apartment and it was immaculate.The problems started earlier this year when we had a cleaner come to, again, clean a 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom townhome in the same complex on a week day.He showed up and not only could not follow the checklist provided, but bothered my partner over and over again while he was working in his office. He also did not clean one of the bathrooms.I did reach out to Amenify to let them know but I cleaned the bathroom myself before thinking about the need for proof of this issue, and so did not pursue any refund.We then booked for a cleaner to come in mid May before a vacation so that our dog sitter could feel comfortable staying in our home.Again, the cleaner missed a bathroom AND master bedroom. This time I did take photos and let Amenify know their cleaner had not completed the service.They offered me a credit to my account so that I could get another cleaner. I asked for a refund.I was denied.I accepted the credit after a back and forth and booked a new cleaner.The cleaner was scheduled for a Saturday. I stayed home all day waiting around for the cleaner and she did not ******* this point, its now been 3 1/2 weeks since the original clean.I let Amenify know, I just want a refund.I was denied.I emailed with them for over a week, asking repeatedly for a refund of $65 for the items missed ($65 is what it cost me to have another cleaner come to finish, not including tip)I was denied.I got on a call with them, asking for a refund.I was denied.Not only did I pay $290 for a deep clean, I now have also paid $21 for someone to come back on top of the credit.I let them know, either they refund me the $65 (value of a bathroom cleaning and bedroom vaccuum) or I will charge *******, I charged back. $65 & $21 A scam
