  This is a scam of a company, They refuse to cancel subscriptions and claim to not have the email/telephone information even though the main communication has been through email and text messages.

  This cleaning service company is such as scam. Customers BEWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM THESE FALSE SERVICES. I would give them MINUS 0 / NEGATIVE RATING if that was there instead of 5 star points. They sent cleaning person on 2 different months, with really poor services where cleaning person did not clean anything except spray chemicals and put water to wash it down, left everything unclean and billed a heafty $$$ instead. When reported to their customer representatives and through their Amenify app, there was no help or refund or anything. 3rd time, the app automatically set the date for cleaning, taking money from the credit card that was previously used, with out my intent for autopay or rescheduled monthly service. I called 2 weeks before the scheduled appointment on Oct 27th, Friday, only to be told they can't cancel the appointment. My scheduled service on Oct 27th, for house cleaning at my apt. was not completed. Communication from Amenify through their chat, service emails was very poor, with not honoring prior requested time window even though they confirmed it as approved by Amenify, on my request for morning 7:30 am to 1 pm cleaning window, and to have cleaning person who can understand and respond in English. No prior notifications were sent on the day of cleaning, Oct 27th, Friday either. The information on Amenify app was not accurate. The cleaning person's number when called, lady did not understand anything I said, while I asked when she was coming to ***************** for my appointment. Amenify supervisor called but did not get service cleaner, nor refund me. My appointment was cancelled with no further information on refunding, but the Amenify app falsified information that the cleaning service for Apartments was completed. I unsubscribed from their service immediately following this incident. Total scammers. I DO NOT RECOMMED THEIR SERVICES EVER TO ANYONE! CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!

  I unsubscribed to a cleaning service on Oct 7 and then was charged $269 for the canceled service on Oct 19. They said I hadn't canceled even though I did 2 times with the app. Then they refunded me only $142. What a scam.

  They (Amenify) are a scam. I received an email from them out of nowhere saying they have enrolled me into some subscription program, and Ill need to download their app to cancel subscription. I have absolutely no idea who they are and have never used their service (seems to be a cleaning service?).Stay away from this company. Report or take legal actions if they charge you for no reason.

  This company has charged me $157 and I have never received a service from them. The app does not allow you to cancel a subscription or cancel a service. Its a trap. They also cut off all their phone lines. There is no customer service you can talk to. They ignore me and wont refund money they stole from me! They continue to tell me I have an upcoming service when I never scheduled anything. I dont even live at the address they are charging me for! This company is a complete scam!

  Awful service. Twice in the time I used them I booked a cleaner who never showed. Both times customer service insisted the cleaner would show up by 6 PM. Then they would cancel and reschedule, and try to charge me a higher rate for not booking on preferred days. Cleaning was subpar as well; I have a dog and paid extra for pet cleanings that never got done.

  Unethical! They scheduled ******************* randomly for the same day when their app glitched. **************** could not be reached. I sent emails and texts but did not hear back. Service was not provided, and when I stated I wanted a refund and did not feel comfortable working with them after this, they refused to waive the 10% cancellation fee. Silicon Valley crooks.
