    Back in March 2023, Amenify offered a free vacuum cleaner for subscribers who live in my community. I signed up and never received the vacuum cleaner. On multiple occasions I have reached out to them asking them where it is and they gave me fake information. They outright lie to me and gave me a tracking number from Amazon that has nothing to do with the vacuum cleaner at all.

    I booked handyman service. I got last minute day of email with price of $80/per hr! Really upset that they give all the detailed charges up front. Would not recommend.

    Huge SCAM!! I never write complaints, but Amenify will bleed you through these weird fees, contracts/subscriptions you cant get out of (dont get the monthly cleaning - if you ever want to cancel they wont let you and will continue to grab money from your bank account.) Find better on Yelp

    Amenify services are promoted in my apartment complex. I use their cleaning services for the first time in July 2023. Here are the issues that I experienced with amenify:My first service in July 2023 went well, so I booked a 3-month subscription to the service (one cleaning service per month over 3 months). Our first issues were with no-shows and rescheduling. The providers will show up between 9am - 6pm, so you have to be home all day and they give no warning as to when a provider will show. When there is a no-show, it is on you to reschedule. They did not allow any cancellations. I cancelled the subscription once the three months was over, BUT Amenify extended my subscription anyways and at the same time charged me an additional $300+. When I reached out to customer service, they couldn't explain the additional $300+ charges and also said they have a no cancellation policy and wouldn't cancel my subscription. I ended up requesting a refund through my bank for the random charges. I kept the new 3 month subscription because the cleaners did a good job cleaning. We again dealt with more no-shows where I had to tell customer service that no one came and request a reschedule. In one instance, we were told that someone did show up and completed the service and were asked to send a tip to the service provider?? Each time there was a no show, customer service made it really difficult to reschedule. Service provider information also wouldn't be visible in the Amenify app, so we had no idea who was going to show up to do the cleaning. My whole (6 month) experience felt really scammy, especially the $300+ charges that were never explained but also the fact that they tried to gaslight me by saying a cleaning was done when it certainly was not. I ended up having to request a refund through my bank a second time because customer service was sooooo unhelpful.

    Reserved a cleaning service through our apartments highly preferred cleaning service Amenify over a month in advance. First and foremost the time window given from 1-6 pm was way too broad to plan your moving day around a cleaner. You are expected to pay for services UPFRONT with no guarantee one would be performed on your scheduled day. We Get to the day of service- no call, no show, no communication until I followed up. I followed up several times with live chat in the morning to see more information on how me and my husband would be notified when they are en route. Cut and paste response from rep that I would receive an email once they could reach the cleaner for eta. Mind you, they stop servicing by 6 pm- GO FIGURE. So anyway, we Gave it time until I realized it was 530 pm and we still had yet to receive information on our service. I even reached out to the cleaner with no reply. Once I reached another live rep, he was robotically kind offering apologies for not being able to meet our service. We were offered a reschedule but we planned our movers around the cleaners coming before furniture arrived so could not do that. Ultimately we decided to ask for a refund. The gentleman noted account and mention my claim was sent to another department to review the refund request and I would receive an email once confirmed. Low and behold, no email. Here we are approaching day 3 with no communication on the almost $300 we paid for a cleaning that NEVER happened. Same response.. you will receive an email once reviewed. Over it. Demanding my refund and will not refer this service to ANYONE.

    Ive never dealt with a sketchier company. I booked and paid for numerous car washes through Amenify and never received the service. customer service is unresponsive. iPhone app is a joke and extremely buggy, made by an illiterate, uneducated developer no doubt. they will charge you without providing the promised services. no refund. I had to dispute with my bank and I easily won the dispute. this fraudulent business should not be allowed to operate. the Amenify app should be removed from the app store and all credit card companies should cease doing any business with Amenify.

    This company scammed me! After getting emails for 4 years from my apartment complex I finally decided to treat myself to an apartment cleaning through this company. They immediately charged me. The day of the appointment I sent a message to the cleaner to narrow down their arrival. 45 minutes later I received a text that no one was available to come clean that day and to reschedule for the next day and I would get an email soon confirming. 5 hours went by and I didnt get an email and texted to advise and received the response that I would soon. A few more hours and nothing. I then received a notification that they tried to charge me $7.40! WHY?! They didnt come out! Then they completely cancelled my appointment, its no where to be found in my app and I have sent several texts, emails and calls requesting assistance to no avail! They are trying to keep my money for a service they did not provide! I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone and I want to be refunded what Im owed!!

    This place is such a scam. They charged my debit card so quick when I booked the service and nobody even came to my house. Im so dissapointed and frustrated because I literally took a day off to get this cleaning done! And now I am texting and emailing the support chat and I am not getting any responses!! Do not purchase any cleaning services from this place!

    My apartment complex keeps pushing this place as a "bonus benefit". What a scam. I placed a grocery order with the 50 dollar credit and found out only 50% could be covered by the credit....okay sure you need to make money somehow. The web version showed .99c for delivery but when the order was submitted it changed to *****. No warning or any indication of fee breakdowns before you submit payment. On top of that my order was 38 dollars but with BS fees it totalled to 70 dollars including a 5 dollar tip for the driver.I've supposedly been refunded for the missing items but get ghosted anytime I bring up the fee changing without some type of warning. They have a number on their website that says to call for support but immediate goes to a spiel of we no longer offer phone support for residents. THEN TAKE THE NUMBER OFF YOUR WEBSITE!! The ui/ux experience of the phone app and the web app are beyond terrible. I'm not sure if it's only 1 person working but I get the same name '******' from the 3 times I've reached out to them via chat. This whole thing is a SCAM and they could care less if you actually get the services/product you paid for.Word of advice stay away from this company and refuse any signups to them from your apartment complex.
