1 starSchedule a move out cleaning that costed $294. Due to them having a special, I saved $60 on the service. On Monday, cleaning day, Amenify notified by text at 7 a.m. that ServePro would handle the cleaning. From 7 a.m. to 1 p.m., Amenify didnt communicate with me at all regarding ETA. I called them at 1 p.m. and asked when the cleaning would start as there is no way I could wait any longer. At 1:48 p.m. the cleaner showed up. She apologized. I told her that the blame wasnt on her, because she was a subcontractor. I needed to return my keys at 4 p.m., however, I knew with the scope of work and one person that there would be no way for her to complete the work. Luckily, I received an extension to 9 a.m. I returned to lock up my unit at 9:30 p.m. my refrigerator wasnt clean at all other than the side shelves being removed and washed. My blinds were dusty as well as most of the window *****. I had no cleaning supplies at all. I found a towel that was left behind and proceeded to do the best I could to get it done. I sent Amenify a message and told them right off the bat that I didnt have my phone, so I couldnt provide pictures of fridge, however, I could provide photos of my dirty countertops, blinds and baseboards because I took them the next morning. I also provided them screenshots from the cleaner being very disrespectful and admitting that she did not complete the work. I still havent received a response since I sent that which in my eyes should be a refund. They have no quality control set up. No one is checking the work. They are subcontracting the assignment and the subcontractors are subcontracting again. Their working hours are from 9-6, so if you are having any issues you can guarantee that they wont be resolved if you are on a timeline like a move out. I wish i could show the messages. I would highly suggest you utilize a different company and deal directly with the person who provides services.Amenify Corporation

1 starI rarely write reviews, but my experience with Amenify was an absolute nightmare that I feel obligated to warn others.I scheduled a deep clean for my kitchen and main bath. Instead of coming home to a clean apartment, I came home to discover:My toilet, floors, and oven were cleaned with dirty mop water and rags, leaving unsanitary residue ************* shower doors, cabinets, and appliances were left streaked and dusty.A container of baked sweets I had left on the counter was eaten without permission.The cleaner entered unauthorized areas (my bedroom and closet)My property was damaged.What makes this worse is the way Amenify handled it. Despite providing detailed complaints and offering photo/video evidence, their resolution was only a voucher for a future servicecompletely useless since I will never allow their cleaners into my home again. Their own ***************** Program and Protection Plan promise refunds and reimbursement for property damage, but Amenify refused to honor these.I trusted Amenifys reputation to allow a stranger into my homeagainst my better judgmentand Im paying for it, quite literally.If you value professionalism, accountability, or even basic hygiene, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere for services.Amenify Corporation

1 starScam!! They wont even let you cancel. They said I had to give a reason and when Id give them one theyd try to offer credits and Id say no thank you. They then say someone will get back to you to help you cancel and never do while activate still trying to charge your card. Never even received a service . They are a SCAM! Im still trying to have my account deleted they kept portraying themselves as apart of my apartment complex.Amenify Corporation

1 starI'll start with their dog walking service:I booked two appointments on 8/10/25 for 8/19 and 8/20 giving these people over a week to get in touch with me to arrange care for my dog - Nothing. This is until I reached out to their team on the day of - and they had not made any arrangements. I've used services like ***** where you can reach the dog ****** directly, Amenify acts as a middleman between you and these services with worse results and customer service. Despite trying to plan an evening around getting my dog walked, I remained at home. I walked my dog, and while showering got a call that a dog ****** had arrived. No access notes, no prior contact, no heads up. She had been hired on "Wag" by an amenify representative - had not been paid, nor booked for the next day - and was receiving ~$16 for the walk when I paid amenify $25 to do something I could have done myself without the horrible customer service. I made arrangements to get my dog taken care of the next morning through a private caretaker and again was met with calls that someone was at my doorstep from amenify. No heads up, no confirmation, no information about the person who was supposed to walk my dog. In trying to get with their customer service - expect to hear "They will call you within 30 minutes" and then wait 9 hours. I have never experienced a service this bad and would recommend anyone book directly through their own third party dog walking service over amenify. Amenify charged $25 per walk and I can say no part was worth it. I paid less and had a better experience when hiring a ten year old. Stick to *****. Additionally the chores and cleaning were subpar, over priced, and underdelivered. The cleaner was rude to staff, and disposed of trash in a way that left my cupboard covered in residue ($110).Amenify Corporation

1 starI scheduled cleaning (chore) services through my rental company's Loft account, which linked to Amenify, about a month before services were needed. The day of the appointment came and nobody showed up in the timeframe I requested. I called support and was told they would reschedule for the next day but could not give me an estimated time of arrival. When nobody arrived by noon the next day, I called support for an updated estimated time of arrival. I was told between 3 and 4 pm. About an hour later, I received a call from Amenify stating that they could not provide the services I booked because my location is "too remote" and they would be canceling. 1 starSadly, I am relieved to know that I am not the only customer who has had a negative experience with this company. From poor communication to subpar cleaning to lack of accountability. I've been dealing with Amenify since July 2 and have had to repeatedly contact them to address my concerns and my request for a refund. It took over 3 weeks for them to finally give me a response with action, only to say they can offer a $25 refund and $25 credit. Their reasoning was because I didn't provide photos. After 3 weeks of horrendous customer service, I almost forgot this all started with the cleaning. As you can imagine, I declined the "refund offer" and credit because I refuse to ever do business with them again. It is really no wonder why they have such poor reviews.Amenify Corporation

1 starCompany does not complete services as offered. When you try to contact them for a refund, they give you thr run around and never actually refund your money, just try to offer you credits over and over again. My cleaner that came left my door unlocked for god knows how long while I left to let them clean. I told them to text me when done because the app never updated their arrival and they never told me they were going. I paid 70 extra dollars for additional services I never got. The cleaners also peeled the protective covering off the oven in my rental unit. I sent pictures multiple times to customer service **** and they still said they needed to investigate whether the cleaner actually did that, again despite me sending pictures in abundance. Complete scam company that preys on their customers. Go find a local company instead. I will be letting my building manager know to stop advertising this absolute scam of a company.Amenify Corporation
