      The date of this transaction was on March 22 on a Saturday when support line was closed. Shipment has still not been received by me but is plan to be delivered on March 26 not knowingly. It was on a subscription for 800 and some odd dollars per order. They refuse to give refund for a product I do not want or use or did not know it was on a subscription.I have tried calling multiple times to resolve this issue with him directly

      I am filing a formal complaint against Hims (For Hims, Inc.) regarding unauthorized charges and deceptive subscription practices.Several months ago, I canceled my GLP-1 treatment subscription through the Hims website. I followed all required steps, and the website reflected that my subscription had been canceled. However, I never received a confirmation email verifying the cancellationa detail that now seems intentionally deceptive.Despite the cancellation, Hims recently reactivated my subscription without my consent, charged my account $897, and shipped medication that I did not order or authorize. I did not initiate this order, nor did I receive any communication indicating that my subscription had been reinstated. This is a clear violation of consumer trust and an unacceptable business practice.I request an immediate and full refund of the $897 and a formal explanation from Hims regarding how and why my canceled subscription was reactivated without my authorization. I also urge the BBB to investigate this issue as I suspect this may not be an isolated incident.

      My credit card was charged for a product that my prescription had expired for. I was informed that my prescription was expired and understood that it would require action on my part to renew the prescription, which I elected not to do. I then found out that days prior to the expiration of the prescription, the company renewed my order without my knowledge. When I contacted the company, they stated the product had been shipped (it had not, their website confirmed that it was still "awaiting shipment") and no cancellation or refund could be given.Upon investigation, medical providers who engaged with me through ********** facilitated by the website, had misrepresented their qualifications and status of licensure. This is unethical and shady behavior.

      I placed an order for a hair spray on March 1, 2025, via Order ID: *********** for $195. I used the product once, and it caused severe itching on my scalp. When I reached out to customer support, they suggested reducing the frequency and quantity of use, which I tried, but I continued to experience the same *********** primary complaint is that Hims forces customers to purchase a minimum of a ******* supply despite knowing that the product may not work for many people. Furthermore, they do not accept returns, leaving customers stuck with unusable *********** request is for Hims to issue a refund for my order.

      Ill keep super simple ******** I ordered diet program. Then canceled autoship but was still using the medication I asked a question and the ** suggested I take more ********* to which I did not respond because I did not want to take more medication. They automatically retarted and I have screen shots that it was canceled. I reached out several times and was told they couldn't do a return. The box is unopened. My husband is a diabetic and he takes ********* he gets 120 tablets for $5 so I was not about to accept Hers telling me to take *********. I know I was not on autoship setup and they are scamming cheaters

      The date of the unwanted transaction was March 18, 2025, but I did not see it on my credit card until March 23, 2025. The charge was for $480. I had bought the product before for a 1 month usage and was satisfied with the product. When the time came to renew my subscription I wanted to renew it for a year, thinking I would be charged month to month. It was completely unclear that the subscription would be charged yearly at the price of $480. If I knew that I would not have made the purchase at all. Unfortunately I did not catch this until the package shipped. I called customer service and they were unhelpful, saying they won't issue a refund and won't take the product back, even though I am not going to use it. I do not plan on opening the product and would be happy to return it to the seller as long as I get a refund. I feel completely mislead.

      This business provides no reminder emails when the renewal date of the subscription comes around, nor did it send one when it pushed an order through to try and charge my card. I cancelled before the charge even appeared on my card and before the order even shipped out, but was informed that it was too late. So, even though, I hadn't even been charged yet, it was too late, and they're still going to charge me anyways. During my time taking these pills, I had experienced bad side effects with little to no results, even when taking them consistently, and contacting the care team wasn't helpful (was just informed to reach out to my GP, and was given no tips on how to alleviate the side effects). Terrible customer service.

      I subscribed to Hers for help with my thinning hair. I talked with a doctor on the phone and was prescribed a topical mixture of *********** and *********. I was under the impression that I would talk with a company representative to discuss possible medication changes and efficacy prior to receiving another shipment. However, I was surprised to receive another 4 month supply without updating my medications or approving the shipment. I would like to suggest more ethical company/ patient communications. After receiving the shipment, I called and was told since the medication had been delivered, I could not return it or get a refund.The following is an excerpt from the initial communication from Hers when I signed up:Hims & Hers will notify you when further action is needed to keep your subscription active, and a member of the Care Team will check in on how you are doing and make sure that your medical information remains up to date.

      Ordered a prescription from HIMS (March 2nd of 2025) which never arrived. Their app and website show that it was delivered, but do not provide a way to contact customer service to report a missing shipment and resolve this for a refund. The only way to reach them is through the nurses who provide prescription information, and these seem to change with every interaction meaning that the name of the nurse you are working with is never the same. Following their help portal does not lead to anyone or any contact in customer service. I was charged, item did not arrive despite a tracking number and their online services do not provide resolution. I would like to be refunded for the $234 that I was charged and stop any future charges or shipments.

      Hims charged me for an auto subscription that I had no idea was active. Even the Apple Pay I used to make the payment appeared as a small fraction of the subscription but somehow, after the Apple Pay went through, the amount changed. I am planning on contacting my bank and ***** Pay to understand how that took place, but i'm sure i did not agree to try this product on an annual basis and just wanted to explore using it and seeing how I felt with the product. Found it at *** or a similar pharmacy for the same price I thought I was paying. Regardless, the product isn't what I want and I couldnt cancel manually or contact them for a refund. They hide a lot of that info.
