      Yesterday morning I placed a DoorDash order for breakfast from **********. When I received the order it was not my order. I ordered the sausage gravy biscuit meal a sausage biscuit and a honey packet. What I received was two sausage burritos and a steak bagel. I called DoorDash and they received to help me or give me a redelivery I lost 13$ and the DoorDash company refused to help like it states in their policy.

      I was charged for a DoorDash Pass membership that I did not sign up for. I have contacted them several times to get it removed but they denied me because they said I ordered using it. I didn't even know it was being used. I was just charged for it yesterday, June 18, 2024.I have medical issues and have found it convenient to use but will never use it again. I'm on a budget and want a refund.

      I placed an order on Door Dash for deliver. I was told delivery was available. This was the second time for this issue. As it turns out there was no driver available for the delivery so the order was canceled after over an hour of waiting for the order that was promised. If there is no Dasher available the order should not have been offered. I was promised a deliver that did not happen. Door Dash should alter their delivery option to reflect when a driver is not available so people to not place orders that are not deliverable. I would like Door Dash to remove the delivery options when dashers are not available so that I am not purchasing something that is not available in the future.

      On June 6, 2024, I placed an order for **** via DoorDash at 12:49 am I ordered a "Build Your Own Omelet" meal which is an omelet with peppers and onions and a side of hash browns. When I received my order after 1 am, I believe **** on Assateague Dr in ****** MD locks its doors and only fulfills orders for delivery. The omelet was a ****** omelet consisting of different types of meat I would never order, considering I'm a vegetarian. I couldn't eat the omelet so I took it back the next morning. On June 7, 2024 8 am I went to the **** on Assateague Dr in ****** MD talked to a manager, and explained I didn't want another omelet just a refund. The African American manager with dreadlocks stated the money would be back on my card in 3 business days. The weekend when I realized it hadn't gone back on my card I went back there on Saturday, June 15, 2024, and spoke with a Hispanic/Latino female manager. She stated I'd need to contact DoorDash to get a refund. When I called DoorDash via the number on the receipt I spoke with *********** who stated they would escalate my case to a specialist and review a refund and I would receive an email confirming that in 12 hours. I instead recieved an email that stated they reviewed my case and decided to deny my refund. I called *********** again and she stated another email would be sent because they are escalating my case. I haven't received anything else except for a survey from both **** and DoorDash asking me how my experience was. Safe to say it was horrible. I'd like a refund for the omelet I couldn't eat and so therefore returned back to the store. The amount I paid was ***** (***** for the meal to ****, 3.00 for DoorDash service fee), 1.04 for taxes, and 2.00 tip. I'm asking for the 20.26-5.00 (for the hash brown) so a total refund of *****.

      I am filing a complaint against DoorDash for two incorrect orders and denial of refunds.1.Order on June 16, 2024: I ordered 24-piece wings from Roosters Chicken and Waffles for $35.19 but received only 20 wings, and the bag appeared tampered with.2.Order on June 18, 2024: I ordered 20-piece wings from ***** for $25.36 but received only 16 wings.I immediately contacted DoorDash support for both orders and provided evidence, yet my refund requests were declined.Resolution Requested:I seek a full refund for both orders, totaling $60.55, due to unprofessional service and missing items.       I am rejecting this response because: When the food arrived, it was cold, improperly packaged, and several items were missing. This was clearly not the quality or service I expected. This incident caused significant inconvenience and financial loss, as I had to order replacement food from another source. The overall experience has been extremely frustrating and has diminished my trust in DoorDashs services.

      On June 18th, I placed a delivery order with DoorDash from a restaurant called ************. I ordered a ************ and a Diet Coke. Upon delivery, the first thing I noticed was that my Diet Coke wasnt included. Then I noticed that I wasnt given the correct pizza.I first tried to call my dasher, but they didnt answer the phone. I then called the restaurant three times, but they also didnt pick up. Because neither the dasher nor the restaurant answered, I contacted DoorDash via the app chat. I informed them that I was missing my Coke and had been given the wrong order. I provided picture proof so DoorDash could see what was delivered, only to be told that DoorDash wouldnt refund me. I was confused because I had provided picture proof, so I filed an appeal request, which was also denied.I immediately reached back out to support and asked for a supervisor, only to be told that it would take two hours to speak with a supervisor over the phone. I asked to speak with the escalation team to understand why my refund was denied, only to be told they dont have a phone number. I then called and was told that my refund request was denied and that there wasnt a supervisor on duty, so Id have to wait ***** hours to speak with one. I reached out on ******* and never got a response to my DM. At this point, my bank will be contacted if my money isnt fully refunded. DoorDash continues to mistreat its customers while allowing its drivers and restaurants to do whatever they want. After this experience, I wont be using DoorDash again. Refund my money, or I will contact my bank and get my money back from them. I want a full refund.Account email: ********************** Account phone number: ************** Like I said, I just want my money back, and I wont be using DoorDash again. If my money isnt refunded, I will have no choice but to call my bank and file a dispute. It seems as if DoorDash prefers to steal from its customers rather than refund them.

      I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an issue with my recent grocery order through DoorDash. On June 14, 2024, I placed an order for chicken tenderloins but received chicken b****** instead. The Dasher informed me that he had to scan the tenderloins because the chicken b****** were not scanning in the app. This resulted in an overcharge of $12.27 on my order.Following this, I contacted DoorDash customer support on June 15, 2024. I was assured that the issue would be resolved by the end of the day, and I would receive an email confirmation. However, no email arrived. When I followed up again, I was told I would receive a refund for the overcharge and an additional refund for my DashPass subscription of $9.99. They promised an email by June 16, 2024, but once again, no email was received.On June 18, 2024, I contacted customer support for the third time and was informed that my case was under review. This ongoing issue has caused me significant frustration, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the inconsistent information and lack of resolution from your support team.Given the negligence and the runaround I have received, I am requesting a full refund for my entire order. I expect DoorDash to handle this matter promptly and ensure that such issues do not occur in the future.Thank you for your attention to this matter.       I ordered from Speedway on DoorDash around 3 AM in the morning I am missing a majority of my items including the Buffalo Chicken Rollers, ****************************** Butter Bites. I was only offered a refund of $6.00 I would like my full refund immediately. I am tired of paying for items I am not receiving and then being punished for reporting them as missing when they are infact missing. Either that or you need to stop hiring drivers who steal people's food.

I have made 6 different appeals to get my money back with no response. There is NO ONE that will help me with this and I’ve been told there is NO supervisor to speak to.

I am attempting to appeal this however I am unable to find a support channel that is able to receive the appeal.
