      I placed an order through ********* for ********** the order total is as *****. I contacted ********* and door dash both to try and resolve the issues of DoorDash charging my account twice for one order. Contacted customer support and they was very rude and actually hung the phone up on me. So I paid ***** for 6 chicken wraps. Because the issue is still not resolved. Door dash refuses to refund and ********* puts it on DoorDash. The only reason you got 1 star is I had to.

      This company has drafted funds from my account that I did not authorize. I have tried to work with them on multiple occasions to retrieve my funds back and they keep giving me the run around. I have been lied to several times. Once being told a supervisor will return my call and twice being told that I would receive an email regarding when I should receive my money back. I have not received either. The only email I have received is a survey. I travel a lot for work, so DoorDash was convenient for me. I will no longer use and recommend any of my colleagues not to utilize the service either.

      Not only did they completely get my order wrong. When I called to see the status of my refund. They had the audacity to say that they were going to reprimanded the Dasher for the order being wrong. First the Dasher didn't pick up, ring up, place my items in a bag then seal it. The Dasher just picked up my order so how does this company have a right to punish a innocent person. I'm severely disatisfied and annoyed with this company. Every order I've made there has been a issue and yet the company hasn't offered anything as a "we're sorry for inconvenience" or anything. If I could rate zero I would. After I get my refund I'm never using this company again.

      Doordash delivery people do not follow simple instructions to ring the doorbell upon delivery and hand it to me . This is an ongoing problem for months and Doordash wouldn't give me compensation or credit.

      I was denied payment after dropping off an order doordash said was canceled in which was not. I called customer service and spoke with Rahey and said that I will not get paid after driving 22 minutes away for the delivery in which was $20 and I had to drive 22 minutes back to my house pretty much for free. That's wrong and I want my money from doordash. I spoke with the customer in which I dropped the order to and said she is willing to help me with the evidence that I delivered the order to her. I also kept the receipt for evidence. Please help me get my money from doordash that they won't pay me.

      Placed a DoorDash order for pickup. My order was marked as complete before my items were even picked up. Contacted DoorDash for refund and they said. I regret to inform you that, after a thorough evaluation, I am unable to approve your compensation request. I understand that this is disappointing and frustrating, and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.Why am I not able to get my money back? This is ridiculous.

      It all started when I tried to become a Dasher to make a little extra money. I tried to use my account after I had changed my cell number, and I was told that the only way to change my PERSONAL information was to delete my account, which I agreed to do. When I went back to open my account with my new cell number, I couldn't because it said my email was in use. The 4th time I called to resolve this, I was told I had to wait a month or get a new email. HOW IS IT THAT A COMPANY CAN TAKE YOUR INFORMATION AND GIVE YOU NO CONTROL OVER CHANGES??? When I read some of the customer complaints, I decided that I won't ever use them, nor will I become a dasher!

      This may seem *****, but I'm leaving this review on principle. I didn't get the item I ordered and received a completely different item. I reported this to doordash and they denied my refund request almost immediately. Not sure what basis they have to deny a refund request when I was able to provide a picture of my receipt and an item I received which was clearly not on it... I called their support team and was told someone would call me back. Unsurprisingly, no one called back. I feel ripped off. To add insult to injury, my past three orders have been from slightly incorrect to totally wrong (missing item).

      Order went through at 2am. Waited around an hour for them to say that there were no dashers. I ended up just driving myself. Did customer support to get the money transferred back into my bank account. Its been three weeks and still not refund. Stop accepting orders if there are no dashers!! Bunch of scammers!
