1 starTotally worthless site. Was trying to diagnose my washer controller on a registered Maytag site and accidentally was connected to this shady paid service. Quickly found them to be totally useless and immediately stopped chat. Now weeks later charged $40 for nothing. Good luck finding a real person to contact for refund/cancel bogus charges@$??!!
