      This is a scam no one called they charged 50 dollars. I want my money back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      The bot said the charge was $5, next thing I know I was charged $70. I requested a refund and was flat out told no. Beware they are not honest about the fee and its every month.

      My small dog ingested around 1 grape; I reached out first here & within minutes of waiting a vet was with me & assisting. Would highly recommend for instances that dont require immediate attention.

      Was signed up for a monthly service charge, which I explicitly stated that I did NOT want. Called to request a refund, but was told they couldnt give a refund with zero explanation of why. Requesting a refund is one of their menu choices. I asked to speak to a supervisor, which the representative did not think was necessary. Both times I was told that the supervisor(s) were on another call and would return my call in ***** minutes, which they never did.

      My 6 year old ******************************************************************** She vomited up the pieces when she got into her crate for the night. I was very concerned so I did a just ask the vet. Since she has only vomited one time and seems otherwise comfortable will just monitor her. If vomits more or has diarrhea then will give low fat ***** diet for a few days. Boiled chicken and rice was recommended but since she has allergy to chicken, then very lean ground beef and rice was recommended. The just ask vet Dr ****** was very helpful and reassuring. Would definitely contact chat vet again if needed. Hopefully not need though.

      Received a call at 5am on Labor Day... to talk through next steps after my poor pup swallowed a frog. Incredibly helpful and reassuring to know someone was there for me - service was outstanding and truly put me at ease during a very traumatizing experience.
