1 starOn April 7, 2025 I used their service once in an urgent situation with my dog. I was connected to a vet with the ***** for an additional charge which I agreed to, and nothing else. Since then, this ************* has been billing my credit card $28 each month. I tried to contact them through chat but THAT incurs ANOTHER CHARGE! ***** on this company! I tried calling but they don't have my phone number or my email on file (I never signed up for an account as I just said though it never stopped them from charging my credit card every month) so the bot just hangs up on me rather than send me to a customer service representative. I will never use this company again and caution others to do the same. Once they get your credit card number they are off and running with recurring charges and it takes an act of God to get ahold of someone to cancel your (non existent) membership account and refund your money. If I could give this a zero, I would.

5 starsTV expert was very professional and seemed genuinely concerned about my issue. He sent several follow-up messages to be sure it was resolved. I think experts in whatever field must always remember that the people who ask for help are unlikely to be as knowledgeable as they are. The "how-to-fix-it" suggestions and follow-up questions need to start simply because the solution may often be something little and mechanical----like an outlet that isn't working, or a power strip that's turned off, or batteries in a remote control installed incorrectly. If the simple "fix" doesn't work, then it's time to move on to something more complex.Review fromAmber S
