      Just answer Told me a 1 dollar fee was required for a "question" . Checked my account about an hour later, there was a 1 dollar charge and a 46 dollar charge. Went to their live chat, Where they decided after I was charged the 47 dollars total, to try and explain what it was for. Than they just drop the conversation. And the 46 dollars is a recurring monthly charge. I want my 47 dollars refunded. This company was subject to a class action suit in the past which I found out after doing some research.

      My card was charged $10.99 for bbb charge o am unaware of why I was charged. Cancel/ refund this charge

      I called this service. I described my problem in deatil along with all information available. The company initially charged me $5.00 to pass the information along to a mechanic. The issue seemed like something it would be best top decribe to a mechanic so I selected the $26.00 option. The mechanic told me the same thing that he told me in the text version. He said that the computer codes are needed and that the car would need to be towed to the dealer of a master ,echainic. I called the towing service who came and looked puzzeled whenI described the symptoms. He suggested that we at least try to jump the car--bingo it started. No healp from Just Answer.

      I have been charged a recurring $46 a month by Just answer. I have cancelled my membership - that I had no idea I was signing up for. Speaking with the company they say that the monthly membership is plainly explained when you submit your question. That is not the case at all. I was extremely dissatisfied its the original answer as well as the hidden reoccurring charge.

      They say to try them out for a doller and then charge me 34$

      They mislead you with the amount and then make up a bunch of stuff when you try and get your money back and say its your fault but they are extremely misleading and its the same complaint from all the customers on here. Do not trust them. As seen in the screenshot it says R15 to get the answer for the question and the next thing I knew there was R400 out of my account. Its is extremely unfair.

      11/20/2023 I asked a question on the home page of Just Answer. I was asked to pay $5 dollars on the next page while the question was sent to the expert. After I filled in my CC info I was taken to another page that seemed to be an advertisement for their membership. I clicked next to move on and get my answer. Then I was charged $45not $5. I was not made aware of this until a bill arrived. I tried reaching out to just answer who said they would remove the charge and never did. I now have another payment pending from these crooks and am filing a complaint. It was never clear I was going to spend $45.00 for 1 question that by the way was not helpful.

      Jun 7th 2023 From just answer Order ID: ************ DrOglesbyDoctor Claimed they could do prescription over email or internet and then said not able to do for ********* even though they advertise that they can. **** charged $3.49 and $49 one time for consulting before advising me they would refund me due to not being able to act as a ******** dr. **** never refunded me and continued charging my cc for $66 CAD multiple times. **** owe me a min $186. CAD. Scumbags! I had also been sent a text of which I opted out of the subscription as I am aware of these types of sneaky business practices but they ignored my cancelation and charged me anyways. These people need to be stopped. Especially when they cannot do as advertised and especially when they had promised refund.

      Dec 23 I had a problem with an iTune purchase and what seemed reasonable that my question could be resolved for $2.00 I agreed. What I didn't know was they set me up for a monthly membership for $68.00. I want a refund. I would have never agreed to a monthly membership. I think this is a scam.

      I was prompted to put in my credit card information for a one time $5 charge to answer one question. I then received an email that I was charged not only the $5 but also a monthly membership fee of $46. I did not consent to this additional charge and it was not shared with me until after they charged it. I am happy with the answer to my question but would not have submitted it had I known Id be charged a total of $51 this should not be allowed to happen and feels as though this company is taking advantage of people in an already fragile and worried state.
