      I went to ask a question, it said 5 $ membership, so I thought I would try it.First they cannot answer, but most important I see they charge me $55 instead of 5.I has already started to cancel the service after only about 2 hours of non answers when I found out it was 55$ a month. I simply want them to reverse the 55$ charge for 2 reasons. 1 It was not make clear it was 55$ it showed 5$, second they are of no help what so ever.

      i used the doctor ********************** app today 05/17/24. i asked a bout a medication and the assistant said the doctor can help with that. then i chatted with the doctor - reviewed some items then he said i need to go to my doctor - they can not write scripts for this.Why not tell me that you could not fulfill my request before i paid the fee. total BS Predatory practices and preying on the sick

      I dropped my telephone in the bathtub. I went online and googled how to take the back off a ***** 5G phone so I could let it dry out. During the course of my online search- I box came up that said ask a question- so I ask the question and got an answer. Then a box came up and said that if I wanted to talk to someone in online chat about how to fix my phone (JUSTANSWER)- I needed to put in my credit card info so that they could charge me $1.00 ( can be refunded ) and then I could continue. During the course of answering my question- which was " I probably did not need to try to fix the phone by myself"- I got a message from my credit card that said they were charging me $55.00 for a membership. Totally underhanded business practice......

      On April 5, 2024 I apparently asked a company called JustAnswer for information online. I was charged $2. Today, upon looking over my most recent 1st *************** account, I see that ********************** charged me $55. I called their number *************) to find out what the charge was for. Their agent told me about my April 5th inquiry. If I understood him correctly, their company plans to charge me $55 a month indefinitely. I cancelled my "account." (I never formally set up an account.) This whole collection attempt is a scam. They refused to refund my money.

      I am being billed every month since Dec. 14, 2023 through February 14, 2024 (so far) $35.00 a month for Tax*Just answer/Tax. I'm not sure what this is even for but I have tried numerous times to cancel this service and in return receive an email stating I have to pay $ in order to cancel this. I will not be authorizing any $ in order to cancel this. Can you please help with this?

      Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against JustAnswer.com for deceptive and misleading business practices regarding their membership fees.On 9th May 2024, I usedJustAnswer's platform to seek advice from a traffic lawyer. During the sign-up process, I was led to believe that I was only required to pay a one-time fee of $1. At no point was it disclosed that by paying this $1, I would be enrolled in a recurring monthly membership with a fee of $46.Upon discovering the unauthorized charge of $46 on my account, I contacted *********************** customer service to request a refund. Despite my explanation that I had not agreed to any membership and that no clear information about the membership fee was provided during sign-up, I was informed that a refund could not be issued. Instead, I was told that my membership had been canceled and no further charges would be made.This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I feel that I have been deceived into a membership I did not consent to, which constitutes fraudulent activity. I am seeking the following resolutions:A full refund of the $46 that was charged to my account without my explicit consent.I trust that the Better Business Bureau will investigate this matter and take appropriate action to address these unfair business practices.Thank you for your attention to this complaint.Sincerely,*********************

      04/10/2024. I submitted a ? via Just answers. the cost was suppose to be $5.00. Just answers requests payment by entering your credit card details 1st before even concidering searching for a qualified affiliate to asnwer the ?. KNOW PLACE does it say once you enter in your credit card you are SIGNING up for a subsription. The next day I see a charge of $55.00. I though MAYBE I mussinderstoof something. So I went through the same process to pretend I wanted to ask another question and it lead me to the same steps requesting credit card BUT before I pressed submit to pay I look to see if there was any verbiage for a subscription there was not. I have attempted to get a refund BUT NO. they said I have a subscription that i NEVER Agreed to. I cancelled imedietly the same day with in 24 hours

      aside from that Just answers has had  a few class actions suites for this exact reason 2021/2022/2023. Thank you for the refund, I will wait for it to hit my bank. we will then have settled this matter.

      I seeking an answer to a question when Just Answer came online. I was told it would be $1.00 (refundable) to answer my question. I signed up. Next thing I knew, a $46.00 charge appeared! I was not old anything about a membership. I did not agree to a membership. I did cancel it, hopefully, but I would like a refund of the $46.00. They could not even answer my question.

      I was online looking for answers about a canine injury and this offer of $5 for a veterinary to answer a question was there. I chatted for less than 1 minutes and then immediately went to my banking app and saw they debited an additional $35. I immediately called the customer service and was told it was too late for a refund! 5 Minutes??? This is a scam! I want a full refund!a
