    My GitLab account was compromised by a hacker. I submitted a ticket to GitLab support to request the details on this breach, who refused to help me because I was on a free plan.This compromised login does not show in my authentication logs, which is a fundamental bug in their platform.Despite being a leading DevSecOps platform, GitLab do not care about "security" in the slightest.After chasing for a response from employees REMOVEDDunningeton and REMOVED, GitLab instead chose to suspend my support account.Remedial action required:- Unsuspend my support account - An unreserved written apology - Details on who compromised my account - Provide reasoning as to why this login does not show in my authentication logs
