    This complaint is being filed because I was falsely suspended by Discord off of their platform.I havent done anything wrong and I believe my suspension should be lifted and my account reinstated.This suspension had occurred in around August of 2025.I tried making multiple tickets with discord support, but I havent gotten a single reply from a real human back.These were usually automated responses , without someone actually looking at the ticket or taking any action

    Hello, Discord **** banned my account going by the name AND tag "aliceee2ch" for "child safety". They've been doing it to everyone since they implemented AI in their reviews/moderation recently. I tried to contact them about it and appeal my wrongly placed ban, but they keep denying me with AI responses.

    I am rejecting this response because: The email address that the ticket is addressed to, and my discord account that got suspended is *********************** I have been trying to get into contact with a human employee, to look over my case from the false banning of my account. Ticket #******** And Ticket #******** Need to be looked into by a human. I was banned by your automodding bot for something I didn't do, I didn't break TOS, and I didn't break community guidelines, your bot only sees black and white, but doesn't read between the lines for such a thing. Please, for the love of all things good on this planet, just LOOK at my tickets, at my issues, and you will SEE I did nothing wrong, over nine years of discord, I have saved, nine years of memories and not once did I break of effect TOS, or anything of the sort. Just please, please, look into it.

    Subject: Appeal of Ban Child Safety Report Misunderstanding Hello Discord ***************** account ([bainith]) was recently disabled for child safety. I want to clarify the situation, as I believe this may have been a misunderstanding.I reported another users messages because they described unsafe behavior involving being a minor and sending sexual images to an adult. At one point, they also offered to send those images to me. I did not ask for this, and I immediately declined and ended the conversation. I never received or shared any such material.The only reason I revisited the messages was to report them properly, because I realized the situation was unsafe and could harm the minor involved. My intent was solely to protect them by reporting.I understand and support Discords strict policies on child safety, and I want to assure you that I did not participate in, request, or distribute any harmful content.     Thank you for reviewing my case. I want to respectfully ask for a reconsideration.
    I understand the seriousness of child safety issues, and I fully support your policies. However, I want to clarify again that I never asked for, accepted, or shared harmful material. When another user offered, I declined and later reported it because I recognized the danger. My only intent was to protect the minor involved and to follow the reporting process.
    I would deeply appreciate if a human reviewer could look at this once more, since I believe my actions were in line with Discords safety standards.

    I reject this response. The business claims I violated their Terms of Service but has not provided any details or evidence to support this claim. Without clarity, I cannot understand what rule was supposedly broken. I believe this is an unfair decision, and I request that the business provide specific examples of the violation and reconsider their refusal to reinstate my account.

    I reported a message, which is no where in TOS listed as something wrong to do. It was a message which endangered a child. Yet I was banned for child Safety?
    I request a human response to look over my case.

    Below, I include a screenshot of the message I was banned and the message where I was told about my report. This indicates both happened at the same time. I was banned for reporting another user, which is child endangerment of the company to ban people who report. In effort to keep others safe I was banned for reporting another user.

    On or around August 7, 2025, my Discord account was permanently suspended for Ban Evasion after a suspicious login from *******, *** a location I have no connection to. I did not commit this violation; my account was compromised.I submitted multiple support tickets, but only received automated replies. After a week, Discords Legal team responded, denied my appeal, and refused to provide details, leaving me without a fair review.Resolution requested:I am asking Discord to properly review my case and reinstate my account, as I was not responsible for the unauthorized activity.     Thank you for your response to ticket #********. However, I need to clarify that I do not have, nor have I ever used, another account that was banned. I only have my current account, which was compromised by an unauthorized login prior to the suspension.
    It appears I was mistakenly linked to another users violation. I respectfully request a thorough review of my case, as this suspension for ban evasion is unjust and based on an error.
    I ask that you please investigate again with this in mind and reinstate my account. I am ready to immediately secure it with a new password and two-factor authentication to prevent any further issues.

    I got unfairly suspended from their platform, they refuse to answer with real humans, only giving automated responses. Multiple users complain about their support mainly from Reddit, I believe I was wrongfully banned and they dont answer or even try to comply with US laws and actually give us the support we need. I want to be unsuspended.

    I am a minor student who relies on Discord for school and extracurricular communication. My account was permanently banned under the child safety category while I was asleep, and I do not recall posting or engaging in any harmful content.For transparency, a few weeks prior, there was a situation on another server where a user was venting about being abused. I mistakenly assumed they were seeking attention and sarcastically replied that it was not a therapy server. I now understand that my wording may have been inappropriate, but it was never intended as harassment or abuse. Apart from that, I have never insulted or harmed anyone on Discord.I have submitted multiple appeals via Discords ************ but I only receive automated denials without explanation or clarification of the alleged violation. This ban has significantly impacted my ability to participate in classes, group projects, and clubs, putting me at an academic and social disadvantage.I respectfully request that a human reviewer reassess my case. If reinstatement of my original account is not possible, I would like guidance on how I might safely create a new, supervised account so I can continue using Discord for school purposes.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    On August the 15th, around 3pm, My discord account named wholehogrider was suspended on discord for "ban evasion". I believe this is a false suspension as my emails have been getting compromised and my phone has been slowing down telling me that someone might have gotten into my *************** and this is not the first email that had been compromised as i will show in documents attached (For context, another email: ************************ was taken from me early 2020 and used for their ******* and other sites, and another got into my main email: *********************** in order to connect to their Pinterest) have appealed but every appeal is met with the support bot *****, telling me to "appeal from the email that original had the action taken against it." That email i believe was ******************** which has been deleted to cover its tracks as i believe a scammer that i had interacted with got into the email and used it to frame me, linking their computer to my phone in order to make it seem like I was doing something wrong. All attempts at appealing and formal emails have been met with silence and I AM willing to go through arbitration if this matter is not met with the proper support & dealt with efficiently due to the fact that this is surely not the first nor last time people have been falsely removed from the platform (As shown in the document bellow, they have a history of false suspensions).     Filing a complaint because:-I fear my account was falsely suspended by Discord, and they have kept me in the dark about it besides vaguely citing community guidelines via an AI.-I cannot say I've done anything wrong, because no specific messages were cited (in fact, Discord deleted them) when my account was disabled, so I don't even know what was said five years ago to trip a report.-This suspension started on August 18th, 2025, following an account limiting for the same reasons starting on August 11th, 2025.-I have made, and am continuing to make, support tickets with Discord Support, but every response has been from an AI. There has no been no human input on Discord's end.-I requested a review of the content that violated Discord's community guidelines, despite still having no idea on what said content was, being that it was deleted by Discord and five years old according to the date on the notice. I received an email from Discord (unsure on whether it was AI or not) saying they would maintain their decision.-At minimum, I would like to know what these messages were, if possible, because suspending me without saying why beyond vaguely citing community guidelines reflects very poorly on Discord. I would also like this done with a human contact, I will not accept any response by AI. Beyond that, I'd like my suspension to be lifted and my account reinstated.
