    Hello, I am writing today to request that my account be reinstated, as it was wrongfully suspended because I made a silly joke that I certainly did not mean in that way. I was suspended on the 23rd and today, Friday, I was unsuspended, but my account is set to very restricted.The problem is that my family's accounts were also linked to the ** because we only have one ** at home. Unfortunately, all accounts have been banned for ban evasion, even though my account, which started all this because of the joke, was unblocked yesterday. My mother and all of us have already tried to contact Discord via several emails and explain the situation to them, but without success. I would be truly grateful if all accounts could be reactivated! Or at least if they could have the same access so that my mother can call and text her friends again. She has lost everything.I tried to create several tickets with Discord support, but I didn't receive a single response from a real person.These were usually automated responses, without anyone actually looking at the ticket or taking any ********* family doesn't want anything to do with me anymore because it's all my fault again. I need help, please! Maybe my account will be reset to normal, or if not, that's okay, at least it's free! But the five accounts are still not free to log in.

    I'd like to make a formal request for help regarding my suspended account on **********************. My account has been suspended for over a week now and I've not gotten any proper human interaction regarding my appeal. I've attached in this complaint proof of those emails and copies of my request that I've written to them and written below is more details regarding my permanent suspension.I was banned when I was in a private server I made with some friends I've met in a NSFW server (where I am 100% sure everyone of was 18+) and I was having some banter with a close friend of mine who I've known for years now and I've also shared IRL info with. We were joking about me having a small p**** and I ******d micropenis and sent an image on the first page of ****** as a stupid joke but I didn't notice it was from a diagram from a ***** article about children. It was an incredibly stupid and immature thing to do and I'd like to genuinely apologize for that but I would also like to state the fact that what I did wasn't done with any sexual intent whatsoever. I would never do something that could endanger or sexualize a child in any way, shape or form. I can have my friend vouch for me regarding that and the event that took place regarding my ban. I can also send a link of the article that contains the image I've sent because it's in the first page of ****** images.I've been a huge supporter of discord ever since I started using the platform and I've subscribed myself to nitro for years now and I've gifted friends nitro as well because of how much I enjoy using the platform. I've made tons of memories on that account with people that I can no longer talk to or meet either because they've left the platform or they've passed away. I would be grateful beyond words if my account gets unsuspended and I would make sure to never do anything that would compromise children or other users of discord ever again. Please and thank you.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I would like to invoke Articles 17 and 22 of the *** because from the support I've given, I have yet to see any clear and concise support from Discord that clearly states what rule I have broken and any signs that the people who are handling my ban is a human representative. If any human representative is available, I believe that they would see the context regarding the image which was from a health article and that I had zero intent of child sexualization and they would see that I have not committed any acts that violate the community guidelines. The image I sent was the 4th Figure in an article called (******* A, *********** R, ***** M, ******** **. Early detection of fetal micropenis after IVF-ICSI. International Journal of Case Reports and Images 2011;2(10):1-5.) I've attached a screenshot of the article along with the Discord Community Guidelines in which I've read countless of times and I will reinstate that I have not broken any of them.

    This complaint is being filed because I was falsely suspended by Discord off of their platform.I havent done anything wrong and I believe my suspension should be lifted and my account reinstated. I was suspended for "Child Safety", this is a measure I take seriously both online, and in real life.     On March 6th, 2025, my Discord account was suspended for a violation of Discord's child safety policies. I am currently 16 years old and was 16 at the time of the suspension. I was not provided with any specific details regarding which part of the child safety policy I allegedly violated. After receiving the suspension notice, I emailed Discord to ask for clarification and more information about the exact terms I had breached in hopes of clearing up my age if that was the problem, but I haven't received a response. In addition, the suspension period was for 2 years, set to expire on March 7th, 2027, which feels excessively long given my age and lack of information provided. I'm seeking assistance so I can understand why I was suspended and possibly restoring my account.

    Account email: ********************* Support Id: #******** The user who reported me, known as *****, is a content creator who operates by charging users money in exchange for communication. I initially engaged with her because I was feeling lonely and seeking a genuine connection. During our interactions, she voluntarily sent me non-explicit, normal photosspecifically, pictures of her facethrough Snapchat. At no point did she send any explicit or adult content, nor did I request such material.The only image I sent back to her was a face photo she had already willingly shared with me. I sent this photo only after she repeatedly requested that I send it back to her, claiming that doing so would prompt her to explain why she had taken advantage of me financially and emotionally. I believed this exchange was consensual and that I was complying with her direct request.I had no intention of harassing or harming anyone, and I now understand how this situation may have been misunderstood. I did not distribute, threaten to distribute, or publicize any explicit contentbecause none was involved. I also want to emphasize that I never would have sent anything without the other persons prior consent.I understand that my actions may have appeared threatening or inappropriate, but that was never my intent. I was desperate for answers and felt hurt after realizing I was being emotionally and financially taken advantage of. In that moment, I hoped that by confronting her with the photo she had willingly sent me, I could finally get the clarity and closure I needed. In fact, she kept repeating that I need to send her the picture first and kept asking multiple times to send it in order for her to explain. I also wanted to make others aware of the way she operates, as I believed it was important to highlight behavior that I felt was manipulative and exploitative.     This complaint is being filed because I was falsely suspended and warned for Child Safety by Discord off of their platform. The message that Discord have sent me through email and DM have not provided me much information on what I have done wrong. I haven't done anything wrong and have never sent real explicit images of underage.     The problem that im experiencing is a false permanent suspension I received. The date of the suspension was 6/27/25 and the given reason for the ban was "Child safety". I wasnt given any specific qoute that I said that caused the ban. I simply woke up and saw i was permanently suspended. I contacted support and only could get bots not a human response. Its incredibly annoying that I received this mainly because I was given no reason. Thank you.

    I was falsely banned from discord with a permanent suspension due to a child safety ban. I did NOT sent any form of csam in any manner, however what happened was that discords ai moderation system falsely detected csam from an adult male (NSFW). So the male was **** in the image but the ** system that discord uses thought it was a child for some reason, concluding this is a false ban due to false ai moderation detection.
