    They are refusing to answer my emails and won't reinstate credit that I have on my account. I asked for a refund if they wrongfully charge me and they won't respond. They are refusing to let me use what I paid for. I have been trying to reach out since before Christmas of 2022 and they will not respond. Essentially, I paid $60 for something that I can't use.

    My account of five years was recently disabled, with no explanation for why. I have reached out to the Trust and ***************** to justify this action and have not received an explanation for why it has been removed. I made two different requests, and the first one received no reply and was marked as "solved" my second request was answered with the short answer that it had violated "Terms of service or community guidelines." I have emailed the dispute department. I have yet to hear back from them. But I wish to inform you that I have had difficulty getting an explanation for, in my eyes, a quick and bold action. I believe that my account was wrongfully accused, and I will continue to ask until I receive a proper explanation. If one cannot be provided, I wish to have my account enabled, as it is wrong to remove accounts without giving a reason for their removal.

    I am rejecting this response because: I continue to send in requests to look into this matter and I continue to get ***** who tells me my account has been disabled for "violating our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines." and that my account will not  be reinstated. I implore someone to look into this matter as to my knowledge I have not done something that constitutes a violation. I understand this is a busy time of the year and that is why it is all the more important my matter be looked into as I do not want my account to be deleted after 14 days. I do not wish to have my account removed for a report I believe to be fake or wrongful. I find that the Trust and ***************** have turned a blind eye to my requests due to their inability to provide me with answers and their willingness to outright avoid my requests.

    I am rejecting this response because: As of December 20th, all of my requests have been closed again without the matter being resolved. I again ask that this matter be looked into and not have a bot continue to send me an automated message telling me my account has Violated terms of service or community guidelines it seems as if my matter is not being delt with and that the members of trust and safety department are unaware or choosing not to provide me with the reasoning for my removal. Again I understand this is a busy time of the year and I have other things I would like to do as well. I find that the inability of the trust and safety department to provide me a justification only furthers my thoughts I have been wrongfully removed and that they do not wish to deal with me on this matter. I again wish for a justification that specifically tells me the reason for the return of my account.

    Through a fault in the system, my account was stolen on Discord and has been sold to another user. I have raised several tickets with the vendor about this for support in the last several days, and have an active ticket with an array of evidence that the account was stolen and sold. I have not received any response on these tickets so far, and now that the account has been sold to someone else, it has become a major priority to regain control, since I have personal information and payment information attached to it.

    I have been a loyal customer for 6 years paying $9.99 USD (but with ******** conversion approx $15 a month) and on the 6th Paypal messed up the payment source and cost me $45 in NSF fees and while trying to resolve it a charge-back was accidentally placed on discord, however that was resolved within the same 24 hours it was created. Discord has banned my account instead of just putting me back into the free tier until it's resolved. and It has been 3 days since it was resolved and Discord instead of apologizing and reinstating my account (even those I have provided proof that Paypal has paid discord the money) they continue to keep my account banned and pretend that they didn't get the money. I had explained to them that my yesterday was the 1 year **** of my father passing away and I was in mourning and instead of being helpful they just send the same canned response over and over and keep me banned even though this dispute they claim has already been resolved and they have the money in their possession as per ******.

    Hello, I have reached out to Discord multiple times and have no idea how to take this forward. In ******, if we are not happy with a service, we can take it up with the *****************, but as this company is based in the US, I have no idea. So I'm hoping BBB can help me here. Please see two tickets raised with - [Discord] Re: ******** & ********. Countless messages but no proper response nor do they care about my issues, stress, urgency, privacy issues, or data breaching. To give you some background - My old user was banned, fair enough I understood the reason, so while my old user had another 2 servers, I also did make my other users Admin to help me manage the servers recently (a few months ago, we had a falling out and they left my new user's server) so now I'm scared, stressed, and concerned what they could do to my server as I have no idea. I did give them full access at that time; I had known them for several years. I've been asking to delete any users associated with the email - ******************* this is in the invite code - https://discord.gg/VwKNUwga. Please delete the servers. You are meant to take Data Privacy breaching as TOP Priority, but it doesn't seem you care here. I am looking for a direct email to a line manager instead of the ticketing system, which has gotten me nowhere. Thank you

If an administrative role has been given to a user or bot and they use their permissions to make changes to your server, we aren't able to intervene. However, you can reach out to us through our support portal to request a possible server ownership transfer through our customer support portal here dis.gd/contact and we will be in contact to address your concerns.

    On 08/30/2022 we responded to the user via ticket #******** with, "Please let be reminded, that the Help and Support can only assist with Technical and Billing concerns. With this kind of concern, it's best to follow up with our Trust and Safety team at dis.gd/request using the email address associated with that account instead,".

    On 08/31/2022 we responded to the user via ticket #******** with, "Thanks for writing in. It looks like you are writing in to appeal your account being banned by Discord's Trust & Safety Team. However, it doesn't look like there is a banned account associated with the email address you're writing in from has been banned,".

    On 01/31/2022 we responded to the user via ticket #******** with, "We understand this is a frustrating experience, but we aren't able to restore servers to a previous state. If an administrative role has been given to a user or bot and they use their permissions to make changes to your server, we aren't able to intervene,".

    I am rejecting this response because: Discord is the highest authority, I am not trying to restore it but to simply delete the servers. This shouldn't be hard as again Discord is the main administator. You just have to locate the server and delete it. It shoulnd't be hard. 

    Regarding the past tickets, not once I had a reply to say we can't help you here, please contact someone else. I sent tickets after tickets but no further response so right now I don't care about them, please just delete the servers. You have the main access.

    I have tried to make many numbers of complaints from the past of November till this day. My 10 year-old has a couch open with you guys. That has 27 groups on one account try to cancel it numbers of times and I dont know theres something going on with the technology I dont know even I have homegirl whos 10 years old to cancel it and she told me it was canceled for some odd reason shes us changing our numbers to people that are a state, shes talking to grown a** people thats not even her age and one of them asked her to send me a **** nudities. Every time I go on your website to put in the link to cancel you guys can freaking read it or maybe you guys dont want to I dont freaking know but let me tell you this as of today if I dont hear nothing back within. I dont know by Friday about this page being canceled. You will have law-enforcement knocking on your door and I guarantee it.

    The site doxxed me, hacked all of my devices, email, social media and bank accounts. This company, along with ******* and the *******rs that promote hate farm them for stealing identities and data- H3 Podcast, Keemstar, Def Noodles, Salvopancakes, *************************** ******************, ***** the Narc, Tipster, and so many more should be fined and prosecuted for jailtime. It's a scam- they steal their ******* audience's data, identity and money.

    Hello, my discord account today was mistakenly disabled by your team. I submitted a form on the site but received a generic email of someone not checking anything or having an option to appeal before account is deleted. It claimed I was involved in "involved in malicious hacking, fraud, account or credit card cracking and/or attempting to damage a computer network or machine", non of which are true or even remotely close to what I do on discord. Please try to help me get an answer asap as my discord account is very important for my business. I run a buying group, where I provide updates and support through discord to customers. I am not sure what triggered the ban, but please help me restore the account.
