Okay so my discord account got hacked (stupid me) and i filed a ticket about it and I saw that its been solved by ***** but nothing was done as a solution. I really need you guys to disable or deactivate my account because bringing it back to me seems like its going to take 2-4 months on your behalf based on what I see from other peoples experience. I have very sensitive government issued documents on my dms with my alt acc and since it got hacked Im losing sleep over the fact that my identity could be stolen! Today at around 7 am, my discord account was falsely disabled due to being underage. And I had gotten issue fixed 7 months ago and I dont see why they would disable me again for being under age when I have not said anything about being under age or have not done anything to lead to being under age to their sensors on the app. I am 17 years old and at the time that, I had fixed it initially I was 16 and Ive turned 17 by that time and I have never said anything in those seven months span leading to me being underage so I have been just wondering this time Ive been trying to get this account back that why did they do it? Discord is an online social media site. I purchased a 1 year subscription for my grandson in January, 2024. The account is associated with his email: ******************** On April 23, 2024 Discord sent an email stating: It looks like someone tried to make a purchase on your Discord account. We want to make sure that this is you. If this is you, follow the link below to authorize the current and future purchases from your client. The charges were not authorized.There were 3 charges on April 23, 2024 of $99.99, $9.99 and $9.99. I wrote to them 3 times requesting a refund and they replied it was not my account. My grandson is 13 and I had to ask him to write the next refund request even though it was my credit card. They ignored all requests, so I reported the fraudulent charges to ***************** Since then Discord has disabled his account because this was a violation of their terms of service? There are 6 months left on the subscription and we would like the account to be reinstated plus a refund for the fraudulent charges. Ticket ID #******** On May 20th, my Discord account (*********) was disabled for age violations. My account was reported to be under the age required to use Discord, but this is FALSE. After my account was disabled, I was made to submit an appeal showcasing proof of my age. In this appeal, I submitted:A selfie of myself, holding my ID which clearly displayed my date of birth, as well as a piece of paper with my Discord username written on it. These are the exact instructions I was given by Discord.It has been over 2 weeks, and at this point I have not received ANY action or support in regards to my appeal. I have done everything that Discord has asked me to, yet my appeal goes unheard. When I try to contact Discord support through their other advertised means ******************* I am met with automated responses that provide ZERO SUPPORT!It is a prevailing issue amongst those that interact with Discord ************** to have their pleas ignored. Discord has implemented a system in which disabled accounts are DELETED after 30 days of inactivity, even if there is an open appeal. This has resulted in an excessive amount of users losing their accounts completely, even after doing nothing wrong, and following Discord's instructions on how to get their account back.I am writing this complaint because I unfortunately do not have trust in Discord's Support Team to assess my appeal and rightfully return my account to me without going to outside sources.I have done EVERYTHING in my power to respectively and accurately heed Discord's instructions to reinstate my account.I am 21 years old, which can be verified through my ID, which I have willingly surrendered to Discord in expectation that my account will be returned to me. I am rejecting this response because:I am given no guarantee that Discord will be able to fulfill my appeal by the necessary timeframe BEFORE my account is deleted.
I understand that there are circumstances in which ticket volume may be high, but I believe it is Discords duty to instead increase their staff or find a way to handle this increase in volume WITHOUT causing detrimental effects on accounts that are stuck in this process.
Even when it comes to this appeal, Discord can apparently only respond with automated messages.
If I cannot have a guarantee that my account will be reinstated in 14 days, then I am requesting that my account WILL NOT BE DELETED BEFORE MY APPEAL IS RESOLVED!
It is UNFAIR and a BAD PRACTICE to permanent delete accounts even if they have a pending appeal - I AM NOT UNDERAGE, IT IS A FALSE REPORT.
I am requesting a response from an actual human, and to have my support ticket completed and my account reinstated BEFORE DELETION! My account is set to be deleted in 14 DAYS!
Due to the extreme amount of other users experiencing issues in which their account is deleted BEFORE their appeal is solved, I am essentially being forced to beg Discord to resolve my dispute through alternative channels.
PLEASE hear my cries! I am begging you. Reinstate my account before deletion! Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because there has been absolutely zero action taken towards the reestablishment of my account.********************** Support has implemented a feature in which disabled/suspended accounts will be deleted within 30 days of their suspension.
I am currently on day 22 of my suspension, with absolutely no action taken to rectify my appeal. I submitted all of the evidence needed within 15 minutes of my account being disabled, but discord cannot take accountability after over 2 weeks of waiting.
I understand that Discord is experiencing a high volume of tickets currently. This, however, is frankly not my problem. If Discord needs more staff to take control of the immense volume, then it is their duty to hire more staff. Instead, every single avenue of discussion is heeded by bots and automated responses. Even the second response to my BBB complaint is fully automated, and all it says is to sit and wait.
Sitting and waiting would not be a problem for me except the fact that my account isnt a ticking time bomb. There are 8 days until my account is deleted - all I can do is watch as the days pass without any intervention from Discord.
If Discord expects its Trust & Safety Support team to take over a month to reply to appeals, then they need to abolish the feature which deletes suspended/disabled accounts after 30 days.
The 30th day will come and go without any resolution on Discords part of the appeal, and I will probably lose my account of 7+ years due to a false suspension.
I would wait 6 months, Id wait over a year to get my account back if I had the security knowing that my account wasnt going to be deleted. However, I do not have that, and instead have to try and reach out to Discord in every possible fashion to have my appeal looked at. It is not working - ****************** and the BBB responses are ALL the same automated response.
Discord does not care about its users. They do not care if you account is deleted before your appeal is even looked at.
I am begging that an actual human responds to my complaint, and that something could be done to reinstate my account. I have provided all necessary evidence, all that has to be done is the approval.

I registered to Discord, an online communication service, in 2017. After some time, I subscribed to Discord ************** plus server boost for $9,99 per month, for many years.Around 2 weeks back, Discord sent me an email stating that my account was disabled due to underage policy, implying that I'm under 13 years old, which is apparently wrong. In the attached email is the ticket number 45680718 for the original conversation, I changed my accounts email and added two factor as recommended. It took me 2 seconds to open the attached file and find the ticket number where the issue can be reviewed and how the support person named *** dismissed me and refused any requests to escalate. Any new tickets I opened were handled by the same representative and immediately marked as solved even though no assistance was provided. My bank has confirmed the fraud and returned the money to my account already though I have no idea if it was with the help of discords staff. I now no longer require a refund but i would like an apology for ***'s treatment of customers and to have this on record to show my attempt to seek discords help in the matter so if my account is banned for getting the money that was stolen from me back I have plenty of proof of my attempts to enlist discords assistance.
