    Grammarly charged me $143.99 & $144.00 on October ******. I only authorized 1 payment for Grammarly Pro. I canceled 1 of the charges within 3 weeks when I noticed the double payment. I filed a dispute with the bank & of course they won because of their cancelation policy and the bank said that I still have Grammarly until October 2025. The bank gave Grammarly back both charges and I still DO NOT have Grammarly ! I keep telling them that I don't have Grammarly but the bank says I do, so I pulled up Grammarly and signed in and it says that my subscription is FREE Grammarly! If I paid double for Pro then why does my subscription say FREE? I have tried reaching out to Grammarly a number of times but to NO avail! Buyer BEWARE!!! I could NOT let anyone else be ripped off by this company and not make people aware!!! They just took $287.99 for absolutely NOTHING!!!! There's no way to speak with a live person, this whole situation is really SAD!!

    My father passed away 3 years ago yet Grammarly continues to charge his credit card $139.00 every year, even after I requested the subscription be cancelled. Because nowhere is there a phone number to contact a real person (the posted phone number tells you to visit the website on either subscriptions/billing or for new services), it appears to be impossible to get any actual response or customer service. Warning to anyone considering signing up for Grammarly: once you sign up they will make it impossible to stop paying, and if you have a question they will not respond, but rather point you to the *** list. My recommendation: use some other service, or ask a friend to read your work.

    Good Morning,

    I am somehow being charged for 2 Grammarly accounts and I have tried several times to get this resolved. There is no phone number that leads you to a person to get anything resolved. I need them to stop billing me now for all accounts and I need to speak to a person.

    Amazing how much effort Grammarly is putting into responding to reviews on BBB, image if they actually put in that same effort supporting their customers they would see fewer one stars. They're so quick to charge your credit card and so slow to support their clients. The level of urgency is one way.

    My biggest issue is that your customer service is essentially inaccessible. It's okay that you don't have phone supportnever mind that you should. But getting a message or finding out how to get a message left me with the impression that Grammarly has zero interest in providing any type of customer service.It's literally impossible to figure out how to reach you. When I called your service number, , I got a very fast recording to contact support.Grammarly.com. It doesn't work on email; it gets rejected.When you see a one-star overall review, your company should recognize that you have a huge customer service problem. All I have is a headache.The sad thing is that you have a good product. I was also surprised to see a $143 charge, which appeared to be a huge overcharge for your service. I would like an adjustment.

    Terrible customer service. The website list their customer service phone number and when you call you cannot get a person on any of their 3 options.

    Grammarly is not a fair business that respects customers. There is no one to answer their phones, they refer you to customer service and there are a lot of hoops to jump through.... tried to cancel my subscription over 6 months ago. Thought it was cancelled. Received a notice of payment for Grammarly on my PayPal account. Went on their website to dispute payment for Paypal...also again tried to reach Grammarly. They are not reputable, it's disgraceful how they do everything to avoid being upfront with customers. I want the payment to be rescinded because it supposed to be cancelled for some time now.

    It is impossible to communicate with grammarly. Every email response takes 24 hours. They keep telling me I do not have a paid account but I sent them my bank information showing 4 charges even though I cancelled the account 4 months ago. I just want my money back since I do not have access to the paid account nor do I want it. They need to stop charging me.

    I was charged three times the amount for a yearly subscription and I received no notice about renewal. The charge was quickly refunded once I sent a claim in but there was no apology or admission of a mistake. The only way to reach anyone to resolve an issue is to email them. I checked my PayPal account and they tried to charge me $154 TWICE for a yearly subscription. Although the service was great, their billing practices are highly unethical and dishonest. I will never ever recommend Grammarly to anyone for anything.
