    Grammarly is an awful product. I wanted to use the service to clean up professional documents before sending them out to my clients. The first two times I tried it sent me back pure gibberish, unusable. I decided to cancel the subscription and I tried to erase their website from my computer but I could not. Every document I produced after this, had red lines under perceived mistakes in my documents, there was no way to get rid of them. I logged into the service and cancelled again; this program literally took over my computer. I contacted their customer service, which is anonymous email server. There is a customer service phone number but the message instructs you to use the email and then it just hangs up. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS SERVICE

    **************** is horrible! They provide same information you can get online and no one responds with any information that helps the problem. No clue why they dont have online customer service! VERY FRUSTRATING!!

    My kid was charged with the annual fee after they deactivated her account. No customer suport,after couple emails de charge wasn't *********** warning about the renewal, just took the money .Not even returning at least the money for 11 ********* just a money grab without a care for a limited funds student.

    I had a paid Grammarly service and it was not renewing and today I got a charge for renewal. I literally told them the same day to cancel it and give me a refund and they refused. What a scam.

    Good Morning,

    I am somehow being charged for 2 Grammarly accounts and I have tried several times to get this resolved. There is no phone number that leads you to a person to get anything resolved. I need them to stop billing me now for all accounts and I need to speak to a person.

    My biggest issue is that your customer service is essentially inaccessible. It's okay that you don't have phone supportnever mind that you should. But getting a message or finding out how to get a message left me with the impression that Grammarly has zero interest in providing any type of customer service.It's literally impossible to figure out how to reach you. When I called your service number, , I got a very fast recording to contact support.Grammarly.com. It doesn't work on email; it gets rejected.When you see a one-star overall review, your company should recognize that you have a huge customer service problem. All I have is a headache.The sad thing is that you have a good product. I was also surprised to see a $143 charge, which appeared to be a huge overcharge for your service. I would like an adjustment.

    Terrible customer service. The website list their customer service phone number and when you call you cannot get a person on any of their 3 options.

    I was charged three times the amount for a yearly subscription and I received no notice about renewal. The charge was quickly refunded once I sent a claim in but there was no apology or admission of a mistake. The only way to reach anyone to resolve an issue is to email them. I checked my PayPal account and they tried to charge me $154 TWICE for a yearly subscription. Although the service was great, their billing practices are highly unethical and dishonest. I will never ever recommend Grammarly to anyone for anything.
