AirTable is taking part in predatory practices. I was 2x billed unknowingly. I paid for a "TEAM" plan yet I was charged for adding a team member with edit only permissions. There is no response from support and you are not able to see your invoice until you are billed. SCAMMERS!Initial Complaint

attempting to cancel a subcription that a old employee set up before leave. unforatuntaly before the employee left he did not provide the login info or add anyone to the account. so one one our firm is able to cancle it. when I call and talk to a reperetative they tell me the only way to cancel the account is to upgrade the account to a more expecive package. why would I have to pay more money to cancel a subscription we no longer use or needInitial Complaint

I received an email starting that my email address for my Airtable account had changed, and if it was not me to contact Airtable. It was not me. So I contacted Airtable, and in now over a week, I have no answers, no solutions, my account hasnt been returned to me, Ive just had multiple different people ask me what the original email was I used to create the account, and if im able to see my workspaces when I log in with said email now. I also have no clue if the person who changed the email still has access to my data, again for over a week now, and if Airtable is even going to actually give me my database back, and if they do, is it backed up to a week ago in the event the person has done massive damage to my database.Initial Complaint

I signed up with Airtable for $24 p/mo, and they never once mentioned sharing the excel sheet from their software will cost me $24 p/mo p/person I share the sheet with. I contacted their support when I received a $310 bill for 1 month of service (Oct 10, 2023) which I never approved (they literally have 0 disclaimers or warnings about increasing the monthly cost when sharing a link about this on their website, or when sharing a sheet from their platform) After support agreed to refund my bank account the funds, they never did that. They gave me a credit, which I never asked for. I have this all in writing. This company is deceptive, and is doing everything they can do take money from people, and not give it back. I will be filing a complaint with the REMOVEDand FCC also as this is not ok.
