1 starHonestly, theyve become so incompetent and unorganized. I went through so many circle to get birth control. They say Its easy but IT IS NOT. Youre sent through so many different **** they arent in line. Makes everything a hassle.Nurx

1 starThis company is one of the only that prescribes the exact birth control I need for my medical history. Literally I have one option. I go through the intake and it said cash or insurance. I accidentally clicked the insurance though I knew they didnt take it and thought I could switch to cash after. Apparently not! After sending a support message the response I got was basically now I CANT pay cash and find someone in my area. Um, the reason Im doing this isnt for grins and giggles. Its not easy for me to 1. Find a provider near me 2. Get to the appointment. And you know what? I dont need to justify wanting to PAY CASH for a service they literally say you can pay cash for but then not be able to? What is that? So a woman needing birth control is not only crushed by systemic collapse but then its also perpetuated by this company. What an absolute shame on the medical industry which hey no one cares! This is how and why people dont trust the healthcare system. Even when you try to PAY CASH FOR YOUR OWN MEDICAL NEEDS youre rejected. So now instead of any kind of ease, this has cost me days and time to try to pivot. Absolutely shameful that this is the treatment they provide.Nurx

1 starThis can be a nice service to use, if you never need to contact them and do not care about getting different meds all the time. I am currently away from my home due to a family death, I needed more of my medication. They said they could send more and had me confirm my temporary address. 2 days later and no response to my address I informed them I would run out of pills the next day and would like to know if my pills have shipped. 4 days after my address confirmation text that was left without a reply, they told me I would have to pay $90 for my pills and they dont ship to where I was located. They also completely entered in the numbered part of my address missing the first number. !!! ALSO IF YOU HAVE OCD OR HIGH ANXIETY JUST KNOW THEY WILL SEND DIFFERENT VERSIONS OF YOUR MEDICATION WITHOUT CONFIRMATION. !!!The only plus sides are its cheap, and easy to get refilled.Nurx

1 starThey ordered and shipped a prescription I did not agree to, charged me twice for it despite not even living in the same state anymore, or being on birth control for over 6 months. Then when I finally got through to customer service they told me someone would call to "let me know the final decision on if I'll get my money back." Wild thing for customer service to say after charging me for an unauthorized order supposedly going to some address in the state I USED to live in.Nurx

1 starI've used Nurx for a few years. I'm sad to say they have gone down hill. It takes days for a response. They make me repeat the same information over and over yet do not actually review it properly and respond with misinformation and frustrating repetitive questions days later. They are happy to charge fees without providing actual services and prescriptions. I've never has to file a dispute with my bank until now. Im so happy to run far from this trash company and advide others to STAY AWAY!Nurx

1 starIt took Nurx three days to prescribe medications to me initially. Because my insurance is a closed network, Nurx simply sends a prescription to the pharmacy of my choosing. After three months of taking those meds, they are giving me the run around to receive a refill. Nurx messaged me on 5.2.25 telling me there would be a delay in my refill as the providers were backed up. On 5.17.25 I messaged Nurx asking when I could expect a refill because I was almost out of my medication. On 5.18.25 a random person stated a clinic member would be reaching out to me. The next day I got another random nurse stating she was connecting me to a provider. On 5.31.25 I sent a message canceling my subscription as I have now run out of my medications. They are non responsive and the responses you do receive seem automated. There is no real CARE to you as the subscriber. The fact that they prescribed medications for mental illness in three days then cant just submit a refill when you tell them in multiple messages youre feeling great?? Very shady. Unprofessional. Would not recommend at all. I understand sometimes seeing a real doctor is daunting but anything is better than Nurx.Nurx

2 starsBasically a prescription drug seller. They really don't care about your experience and push getting on whatever they can sell you on. Good luck reaching a "doctor" as you'll get faster responses from support when you cancel than any questions you may have. Basically avoid at all costsNurx

1 starThis company is a complete scam. They will charge you $59 for a consultation only to tell you that you are not eligible for treatment, that you need to seek out a different provider and that the $59 is non-refundable. I recently experienced this. At no point was I able to chat live with a provider. The provider ONLY replied via chat thread and completely ignored the details I provided along the way. They repeated back to me details of information that were not accurate, despite me clearly communicating to them specific details, and told me that I was not eligible for treatment and to seek out a different provider and would not state a reason why I was not eligible. They proceeded to tell me that although care could not be provided, the $59 was not refundable. It is completely unacceptable when they don't give you an opportunity to discuss anything with a provider live and then tell you they can't treat you and proceed to charge you a consultation fee. The business/app is simply a money grab. Steer clear from them and seek a legit provider.Nurx
