    Nurx has horrible customer service I have been having the same issue since February but was told it would be fixed and I'd get my pills 6 days before I run out so I can skip the horrible bleeding but I'm still having the same issue and I complained and sent the screenshot but got no response until I said I was unsubscribing but only got instructions. This app is horrible babe they have no empathy

    Horrible Service. They don't care and will wait till you have a week left of pills to suddenly say your insurance card doesn't work or what not to stress you out and keep you from getting your pills. They'll takes days and days to respond to your URGENT messages and send 2 tiny unhelpful sentences. Its absolutely maddening and not worth it, there are other easier and way better services to get your birth control. DO NOT USE NURX FOR YOUR OWN WELL BEING!!!

    I have been using Nurx for my birth control for years now. Their services are definitely going downhill. Their response time is really slow and they're beginning to nickel and dime their services. They charge a monthly "service fee" of $60 when no change has been made to my prescriptions. This is equal to the amount of my prescriptions. What threw me over the edge was when they charged me $3 for contacting their customer service and accessing a person! There are so many options now. Look elsewhere.

    Initially experience was not very pleasant but there is at least ONE person who cares in customer support so thats why I left ONE star. Asked for refill for breakout over weekend on Sunday, Monday a response was sent to me being filled...it's now Wednesday and my prescription has still yet to send out, was told I would get it in 4 days...

    DO NOT USE NURX!!! I started using Nurx in 2023 and was pleased at the start. Aside from the prices being on the higher side, it was very worth it for the convenience of having my birth control delivered to me. During the health questionnaire that I fill out yearly, I was very clear about getting ocular migraines. In May of 2025, I received an email saying my order was being filled, but I never received a shipment update. After nearly a month of trying to get an answer from Nurx, I finally received a message stating that they cannot fill any more prescriptions for this type of birth control for me because it is dangerous to take if you get ocular migraines and can cause strokes. AFTER 2+ YEARS they just now decide to tell me this?! After THEY read my health questionnaire and prescribed it to me? I pointed that out, and all they had to say was Were sorry for the oversight! Now they are giving me the runaround about pricing and insurance questions about alternatives and are trying to prescribe me ***** (which, conveniently, is more expensive and seems to have a partnership with Nurx). I dont understand how theyre not shut down for medical malpractice. How are you prescribing someone a medication that (two years later) you are deeming a hazard to their health? They need to be investigated on so many levels.

    This company does not respond to support requests. They added a $28 consultation to my order. I thought it was required based on the checkout page. Then, they email me a receipt saying I "requested" this consultation. I definitely did not. Their support email address and support chatbot are both unmonitored and unresponsive. This is not the first time I've had support requests completely ignored. The product and service is fine otherwise. If you don't need their support staff, you'll be fine. But if you have any issues, good luck getting them to contact you!

    I have used Nurx for about 3 yrs now with no real issues up until recently. It has become nearly impossible to get in touch with any staff member but they will happily take your money and charge a support fee on top of that. I reached out ********* as to why my birth control was not automatically being processed and why I could not request it without having to message the team. (Usually is automatically processed and shipped to your house) No response until June 24th saying it will be processed through their pharmacy. Reached out again concerned it would be late, no response until July 27th only with tracking information. I have reached out multiple times with both account questions and medical questions regarding missed contraceptives based on the expected delivery date provided with no response. I have even provided them with local pharmacy information and my phone number in an attempt to correct this issue. As of now, I am left with no answers and a shipment still in process. If I never reached out who knows if they would have processed my order. Timing is key is when it comes to contraceptives and Nurx is failing their customers. I will be discontinuing using their services going forward.

    Horrible and incompetent. This company is nothing but a scam. Takes almost a month to ever hear back and nobody seems to be on the same page. I canceled everything and they are still charging my card the $3 subscription fee. I had to call my credit card company to put a block on this company. What an absolute nightmare.

    As of late theyve been terrible. Terrible communication Ive been ignored for 2/3weeks! My simple questions have gone unanswered, and I have yet to receive my pills! Ive contacted them numerous times & still no response !!! I usually dont have a problem with them but this is unacceptable. Ive been taking those pills for 3-4yrs everyday and havent had them for 3 weeks now. You cant just do that!!!

    Knew the scam from the minute I hit submit. Gotta pay for that one time "appointment fee" where they took their time to review my info. Then of course, Pills are obviously more expensive than quoted so have to pay the increase on that. Sure yeah. Cute "service" fee for NO SERVICE response. That's a plus! And now, the pills that were supposed to be here within 2 days, are NOT here. They are stuck, waiting for some lazy person to pick up the order at the supposed "pharmacy" and fill it, to then slowly ship it to me. And me keep the subscription? Fat Chance! Worst!!!! Hope they don't get too happy and overcharge me (once again) like they are doing to so many others, since I am very review happy.
