Nurx is a scam They won't prescribe any anxiety medication They just deal with you as if you are a suicidal person No one messages back They just received an automated message attached with the suicide hotline number Very sad for people wanting treatment for anxiety and have not made it to the doctor locally Reasons why people would go online to get a prescription Defeats the purposeReview from Katheeine C

They have been unable to fill my refill order for ********* despite multiple contacts and promises. They charge a consultation fee and then do not refill prescribed medication.Review from Tina L

It has been almost six months since I've tried to order pills through this service. Paid the fee for the prescription assignment but then they kept telling me the pharmacy is having issues getting this out because my insurance information is wrong or coverage is inactive when this is not the case. My insurance with BCBS is fine and I've used it elsewhere many times this year, and all my info is correct, so I'm not sure why they're having issues getting the order placed. I'm done waiting. Looking elsewhere. What a waste of time.Review from Hailey C

I am absolutely horrified at what has happened to Nurx. Ive used it for years with no issue and now all of a sudden its the worst experience of my life. They completely missed a refill for me (was supposed to be on automatic refills) and it took like 3 days to get somebody to message me back enough to get my prescription. Well now Im to the ****************, and filled out the yearly questionnaire a MONTH ago. They also already charged the fee to my card. Well today I realized I only had 5 days left and no notice of refill. Called them and found out they hadnt even processed my renewal yet. I was told it was going to be expedited and received a message from a doctor and then was ghosted again. Still have no idea whats going on with my prescription. Horrible! I started this service right before covid which was great. It would deliver to my house or pickup at pharmacy. I was ready to renew this period and was prompted with very misleading questions, leading to them wanting to prescribe something new. I have been on the same medication for 6 years which took time to find because I am sensitive to others. They refused to listen and kept pushing other extreme medications that have horrible reps. I told them to terminate my account and card with them. Very disappointing. I will be going to another service.Review from Macie D

I was transferred to Nurx from ************* and it has been issue after issue since then. They don't respond quickly. Once they charged me instead of my insurance and I had to go back and forth, cancel the order and start over, which took way longer than necessary and had me panicked I wouldn't receive my prescription on time. My next refill, they charged my insurance properly but took so long I ended being out of birth control for two weeks so I had to start over once I finally received it. I was supposed to receive one more refill before my prescription expired, got a message that it was being processed, then it was suddenly cancelled a week later and I was told I would have to do a whole new consultation (with a fee that is not covered by insurance!). Once again, they have put me in a position where I will not receive my rx on time. I will absolutely be canceling and switching to a different company. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!Review from Sara F

I've been using Nurx for 2 years, after paying for the renewal a nurse wants to change my contraceptive pill for one that is absurdly expensive, or another that has 98% efficiency. According to her I have a headache with aura, this after 2 years using nurx. I had a headache with a black spot when I had covid and now after 2 years they want me to use a pill that is already being sold without a prescription. It's never a doctor who answers you, he's always a nurse. And she suggested me a lot of symptoms for me to choose, and I answered no and she appeared with others, wanting to force diagnosis. I asked for the refund of the renewal and they said it won't give it to me or the pill I've been taking for a long time.Review from Jennifer E

When you want to cancel your subscription you cant get ahold of anyone. Hold time is ridiculous and messaging on their app is pointless. Wish I had looked at reviews before I agreed to this. I have had to get rid of the card # they have so they cant charge me anymore.Review from Kylie K

The Retin A they sold me is not authentic. I have used generic Retin A for many years. Nurx sent me Generic Retin A and is nothing like the Rx I have been getting from my Dr.
