1 starI made the mistake of trying to find an old friend and then found out he was out of the country where this service can't help me.. When I first put in for the search, I received about 60 to 70 span email in my email box everyday.. I have not paid them, thank God, but can't cancel them from sending me demands to me to use their service.. So I get pop *** every day about 10 times and also all the spam email. Do not use this service, it is a corrupt company and not worth the miserable time I am having right now trying to stop them from making me crazy...

1 starThis apparently is my second time using ************, I had it like eight months ago I was looking up information on my brother that had passed away, I know my brother had a record and according to TruthFinder Search he had none, I looked up several other people that I know have records and they all came up clean. The information is incorrect I cancel the same day half hour after I paid for it and you do not get a refund. Do not waste your moneyTruthfinder

1 starTOTAT SCAM!!! I emailed them and told them that I wanted my account cancelled and to return my money ASAP and they continued to charge my account!! I am now filing a report with my CC company and leaving reviews wherever I can for these fraudulent people! BUYER BEWARE!!Truthfinder

1 starDon't waste your money. The report gives you information you can get on your own. They also stated you could cancel anytime. I canceled the next day and they charged me 30 days later for my subscription. A subscription I had canceled. It's a scam!!!!!!!Truthfinder

1 starPlease don't waste your money, they are a complete scam. I tried to find an old marriage certificate and divorce papers. The site did not even have my correct birthdate. (and I have a very unique name) It was baffling to me just how wrong the info was. They did not even get correct info right (such as LinkedIn) The other scam is that they charge you another 4 dollars processing fee to access your record once you pay up to view.Truthfinder

1 starI paid $30 out of curiosity to see what would come up on my own report. 10+ errors including easily searchable information such as my date and year of birth. You are also bombarded with upsell options after the $30, including having to pay to download the report, and more upsell attempts as you sort through your results. Not worth the one-time $30 fee, and certainly not worth an ongoing $30 fee. Clearly, I'm not the only one experiencing such disappointing results. Maybe instead of a lengthy response to your unreliable (and not free) product your time would be better invested improving your product.Truthfinder

1 star**********************! Very little information. Lots of wrong information. For criminal history all it tells you is speeding tickets. Don't tell you about marriages.
