    Company intentionally obfuscates the opt-out process for removing personal data, which dangerously includes current address, full name, age, former addresses, and current family and house mates. When company is asked to remove personal data, they encourage you to pay for the service so you can opt out; you cant opt out without showing them the results, and you cant see the results without paying. When asked to verify personal info to remove my personal data from their public website using their automated opt-out process, they wanted to send verifications to phone numbers and emails that have never once been associated with me. They claim that they cannot verify my identity, although they have EVERYTHING about me on their website. Every other website with my personal info was easily able to verify my identity and delete my data within the same day. Truth finder is deceitful, greedy, and engaged in coercive fear tactics that encourage users to pay to see the salacious results they promised.

    They said I would have unlimited access to all information available to even the darkest deepest governmental agencies. That was a lie from the start. I was falsely led to believe I could see my own criminal record which was another **** lie. I just want my money back because their false advertising led me to believe they were telling the truth. But they actually were not. They led me to believe a lie.

    I found my personal information aggregated all together on this website. They off an "Opt-Out" option, wherein you must provide the link to your record. However, you must search for yourself, sit through a lengthy "loading" process, and then when you finally get to the end, the only way you can get to the direct link is to PAY for the record.I just want my information OFF of this site. It places in direct danger due to my previous job. Please REMOVE my information and stop trying to scam people by making them sit through false loading pages, just to try and essentially make them PAY to be removed from your site.

    I last used Truthfinder's website in July of 2024. I canceled my account that same month, and have only just notice that I have been charged $28.33 each month since July 2024 despite cancelling the account. I reached out to them to request a refund, because I believe I have been charged erroneously. I received two responses informing me that they would not receive a refund and that they have not charged me at all since April of 2024. I would like a refund of $198.31, which reflects each erroneous charge after July of 2024, which they claim to not even have a record of.I am currently attempting to request a list of transactions from ****** because ****** does not allow screenshots.

    Consistent with applicable laws, all material terms, including billing details and automatic renewal terms, are clearly disclosed before submitting payment information, and each user is required to check a box separately agreeing to those terms before being charged. Our registration page and our Terms of Use clearly outline the details of our billing terms. Customers also receive a confirmation email for all orders made on the site.

    We were able to locate multiple accounts under ******** ***** information. The first account was created using the email address ******************** and has been canceled as of April 8, 2024.

    The second account was created under the email address *************************** We have now cancelled this accounts memberships and refunded ******** ***** account back to the payment method used to enroll, and no further charges will be incurred.

    Well my mom ******* Ann ******** has been dead since Sept 24 1990 her. Parents my grandparents are as well. Then I see that about the *** watch list. I find all to be very disrespectful to the dead. My mom is not in her 80s and my grandparents are not over 100 yrs old I can write you a letter and go into great detail. People search had no problem in removing anything

    **** your business, I just explained my problem for 15 minutes and you cant afford a website that works properly because you are a want to be low rent union. But youre a joke. You make it difficult to actually report bad business and you take money to prop up bad business. And one day, Karma with a capitol K, will knock on your door. Might bang your wife too.     I received notification that TruthFinder, an online data aggregator, was disseminating my private information. I have followed their prescribed procedures to suppress this data. As a retired law enforcement officer with 28 years of service, the dissemination of my personal information, including my phone number and address, by TruthFinder presents a significant risk of retaliation from individuals I previously apprehended. This constitutes a serious breach of my privacy. Truthfinder needs to be held accountable for putting a dollar amount on my life.Sincerely, ******* ****
