Mehh.Went through about 5 minutes of bait & switch with Intellus, looking for a phone number. Each time, they showed me a screen designed to entice me to enter more information -- that they had information on my scammer. I suspect this is to add to their own database. After several minutes and a credit card, I saw the fine print that I would be signing up for an expensive MONTHLY package, if I didn't opt out.I opted out, after Intellus had zero info on the number scamming me.Rating: Waste of time.Intelius.com

I was trying to find out who kept calling me so I thought I would try Intelius. I gave them **** and **** because It said that a report on there for the phone number I was searching. When I went to open the report, nothing was there. Matter of fact, It wasn't only not there, there was a "problem loading". That was a week or so ago and it still isn't able to load. So , I emailed the center to let them know this and asked them to cancel and give me my money back (since it was not working). I have not heard one thing, until they charged me again. This time they charged *****. I am very unsatisfied. I mean if there is a glitch, then I shouldn't have to pay for anything. I just want all my money back.Intelius.com

I have tried to use their site multiple times in the past (mostly by accident because you cant get around them when trying to find what of your own information is publicly available), and can safely say they are FRAUDS. In each instance, they PRETEND to gather information, when in fact, a quick look at their javascript shows they are using "setTimeout", in conjunction with artificial loading bars, to simply waste your time while they convince you that they have ever so much super secret info, that they can't in good conscious release it-- Unless you can verify your identity with a credit card.Intelius.com

You copy and paste the same comment on EVERY review, and don't even bother to address the complain that your website's code is intentionally designed to deceive; you are not gathering info from hundreds of thousands of databases, you physically JUST have a wait timer going, which is designed to make the user sit there.Review fromKevin S

Blocked from receiving first report says was blocked by Ray. Could not contact ray to find out why. After not delivering first report they still charged membership fee but could not log in because of block by RayIntelius.com

On August 14, 2022, your trial membership rolled over to a recurring subscription. I do not find any indication of your account being locked or blocked. Additionally, I can see that you attempted to run a report on a phone number that did not produce a report for you. I attempted to research the phone number as well, and it appears that there is no report available for this number. There are a few reasons why the report may not be available. It may have been previously opted out or it may be a number that is not registered to anyone, such as a disposable burner phone. I also understand that you are having trouble logging into your account. I canceled my membership after agreeing to pay .95 For a 3 day free trial with the understanding that it would charge me if I DIDNT cancel before then. I did and now Im being charged ****. I am not a member and I didnt agree to have this charge. If yall are going to pull more money AFTER cancellation I think yall need to make it more apparent in your contract.Intelius.com

I got a **** for 30 days activated it on July 19 but I canceled it and I was still billed ***** dollars even after canceling it.! They charged me **** and then 4:25 on July 20 .!! And I canceled my subscription because I didnt need it and I was still billed even though I didnt authorize the payment .!! I have email them and still havent gotten a respond.Intelius.com

The site is very deceiving. It offers a 14 day trial for 99 cents. I needed to check one phone number and that seemed reasonable. I got the information after paying and thought nothing more. What they do not say outright is that you've signed up for a monthly membership for $35 that you need to cancel to keep from being charged after ************************** the small print at the bottom of the invoice.Never againIntelius.com
